Abstract

ABSTRAK C-Reaktif Protein merupakan protein fase akut yang dihasilkan oleh hati dan terdapat di dalam serum normal walaupun dalam konsentrasi yang amat kecil. Jika terjadi inflamasi, luka atau infeksi kadarnya akan meningkat sebagai respon terhadap peradangan. Covid-19 terjadi karena infeksi yang disebabkan Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan C-Reaktif Protein pada Penderita Covid-19 di Rumah sakit Hermina Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observational yang bersifat deskriptif dengan metode retrospektif dengan cara pengambilan data sekunder. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan melihat jumlah persentasi. Lokasi pengambilan data di Laboratorium Rumah sakit Hermina Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah hasil pemeriksaan C-Reaktif Protein terhadap penderita Covid-19 dengan jumlah 86 data yang diambil dari hasil perhitungan populasi bulan Desember 2020 – Januari 2021. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan kadar CRP pada penderita Covid-19 tinggi, terdapat 62 orang (72,1%) dari 86 orang (100%) data yang diambil untuk penelitian. Kata Kunci : C-Reaktif Protein, Covid-19, Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 ABSTRACK C-Reactive Protein is an acute phase protein produced by the liver and is present in normal serum although in very small concentrations. If there is inflammation, injury or infection the levels will increase in response to inflammation. Covid-19 occurs because of an infection caused by Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the results of the C-reactive protein examination in Covid-19 sufferers at the Hermina Hospital Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. This type of research is a descriptive observational study with a retrospective method by means of secondary data collection. The data processing technique in this study used SPSS which was analyzed descriptively by looking at the number of percentages. Location of data collection at the Laboratory Hermina Hospital Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat. The sample of this study is the results of the C-Reactive Protein examination of Covid-19 sufferers with a total of 86 data taken from the population in December 2020 - January 2021. The results of this study show that high CRP levels in Covid-19 sufferers, there are 62 people (72, 1%) of the 86 people (100%) data taken for the study.
