Abstract

ABSTRAK C-Reaktif Protein (CRP) merupakan protein plasma yang berasal dari hati dan menjadi biomarker komponen utama dari respon inflamasi. Di dalam darah konsentrasinya kurang dari 10mg/L, konsentrasinya dapat meningkat dengan cepat dan menjadi penanda sistemik selama kerusakan jaringan peradangan atau infeksi. C-Reaktif Protein(CRP) juga dapat meningkat pada kadar serum, tidak hanya pada peradangan akut tetapi juga pada peradangan kronis. Kadar CRP juga dapat mencerminkan tingkat peradangan yang terjadi dan berkaitan erat dengan berbagai penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Hasil C-Reaktif Protein (CRP) terhadap berbagai penyakit di RSUD dr.Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode retrospektif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengambil data sekunder pada bulan April-Desember 2020 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan C-Reaktif Protein (CRP) terhadap berbagai penyakit di RSUD dr.Soekardjo Tasikmalaya sebanyak 30 pasien didapatkan hasil berbagai penyakit diantaranya penyakit Infeksi sebanyak 12 sampel (40%) dan penyakit Non Infeksi sebanyak 18 sampel (60%). Kata Kunci : C-Reaktif Protein(CRP), Penyakit Infeksi dan Non Infeksi ABSTRACT C-Reactive Protein (CRP) is a plasma protein that originates from the liver and is a major component of the inflammatory response. In blood with a concentration of less than 10 mg / L, the concentration can increase rapidly and become a systemic marker during inflammatory tissue damage or infection. C-Reactive Protein (CRP) can also be elevated in serum levels, not only in acute inflammation but also in chronic inflammation. CRP levels can also reflect the level of inflammation that occurs and is closely related to various diseases. This study aims to determine the description of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) results against various diseases at RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. This type of research is a descriptive study with a retrospective method and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study took a secondary data from April to December 2020 with a total sample of 30 samples. Based on the results of the C-Reactive Protein (CRP) examination against various diseases at RSUD dr.Soekardjo Tasikmalaya as many as 30 patients, the results of various diseases were 12 samples (40%) of infectious diseases and 18 samples (60%) of Non-Infectious diseases.
