Abstract
Abstrak Salah satu yang menjadi alat kebersihan adalah sabun benda wajib yang kita pakai setiap hari. Tanpa sabun, mandi tidak terasa bersih. Aloe vera L memiliki senyawa anti bakteri seperti flavonoid, tanin, saponin dan alkaloid. Kemampuan lidah buaya sebagai anti bakteri, anti jamur, anti virus dan anti inflamasi. mengetahui aktivitas anti bakteri sabun padat dari minyak jelantah yang diperkaya ekstrak kulit lidah buaya terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Eksperimental. Konsentrasi 20% didapatkan hasil dengan rata-rata resistant 13mm, Pada konsentrasi 30% didapatkan hasil dengan rata-rata resistant 14,8mm, Pada konsentrasi 50% didapatkan hasil dengan rata-rata intermediate 18mm. Konsentrasi terbaik untuk menghambat aktivitas anti bakteri pada sabun padat ekstrak kulit daun lidah buaya (Aloe vera L) konsentrasi 50%. Kata kunci : Aloe vera L, sabun padat, Staphylooccus aureus, daya hambat. Abstract One of the tools for cleaning is a mandatory object soap that we use every day. Without soap, showering doesn't feel clean. Aloe vera L has anti-bacterial compounds such as flavonoids, tannins, saponins and alkaloids. The ability of aloe vera is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory. Determine the anti-bacterial activity of solid soap from used cooking oil enriched with aloe vera bark extract againstbacteria Staphylococcus aureus. The research method used is experimental. Concentration of 20% obtained results with an average resistant 13mm, at a concentration of 30% the results were obtained with an average resistant 14.8mm, at a concentration of 50% the results were obtained with an average intermediate of 18mm. The best concentration to inhibit the anti-bacterial activity in solid soap bark extract of aloe leaves(Aloe vera L)concentration of 50%.
