Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PEMERIKSAAN Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (aPTT) DENGAN PEMERIKSAAN LANGSUNG DAN PENUNDAAN SAMPEL SELAMA 2 DAN 3 JAM APTT examination used for screening determines a person has coagulation problems, and tests are used from the intrinsic pathway coagulation system. The effect of sample delay on aPTT examination can inhibit the activity of clotting factors so that the results can be elongated. APTT examination with citrate plasma sample should be checked a maximum of less than 2 hours. The examination is carried out using an incubation temperature of 37oC and a normal incubation time of 5 minutes. The results of aPPT examination can be lengthened if the examination is not done immediately. APTT examination using Plasma citrate obtained from a mixture between blood and Sodium Citrate 3.2% with a ratio of 9 : 1 then disentrifuge for 10 minutes at a speed of 2500 rpm. Samples were taken purposive sampling from students DIII Analyst STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya as many as 10 samples were examined with the treatment of direct examination and sample delay for 2 hours and 3 hours. The data obtained was then collected and analyzed using the One Way Anova test with a value of P<0,05. So Ho rejected which means it can be concluded there is an influence of long storage on the results of aPTT examination with a storage duration of 2 hours and 3 hours. The effect of 2 hours and 3 hours of storage on aPTT inspection showed an increase with an average of 14%.
