Abstract

GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN MASYARAKAT MENGENAI COVID-19 DI KOTA TASIKMALAYA Sandra Nezalia Salim1, Anih Kurnia 2, Eli Kurniasih 3 Program Studi DIII Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Email : ABSTRACK The COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2) virus has become an event that threatens public health in general and has attracted worldwide attention. Good knowledge about the COVID-19 pandemic and a clean and healthy lifestyle as an effort to prevent the COVID-19 virus are very important to implement. The purpose of this research is to find out how the knowledge towards covid-19 in the people of the city of Tasikmalaya are. Method This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. the population in this study is the people of Tasikmalaya City which is sourced from the internet, namely 719,882 people. The samples taken are 400 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained that knowledge and attitudes about COVID-19 were in the good category, there were some characteristics aged 20-30 years 26 people (57.8%), female gender 32 people (71.1%). In conclusion, the picture of knowledge towards covid-19 in the people of the city of Tasikmalaya is mostly 35 people (77.8%) with good knowledge, 9 people (20.8%) are enough and less than 1 person (2.2%). Keywords: Covid, Knowledge ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease2019) yang disebabkan oleh virus SARSCoV-2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2) menjadi peristiwa yang mengancam kesehatan masyarakat secara umum dan telah menarik perhatian dunia. Pengetahuan menganai pandemi COVID-19 yang baik dan sikap hidup bersih dan sehat sebagai upaya pencegahan virus COVID-19 yang sangat penting untuk diterapkan. Tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap covid-19 pada masyarakat kota Tasikmalaya. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Tasikmalaya yang bersumber dari internet yaitu 719.882 orang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 400 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian mendapatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang COVID-19 ada pada kategori baik terdapat beberapa karakteristik berusia 20-30 tahun 26 orang (57,8%), jenis kelamin perempuan 32 orang (71,1%). Kesimpulan gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap covid-19 pada masyarakat kota Tasikmalaya sebagian besar pengetahuan baik 35 orang (77,8%), cukup 9 orang (20,8%) dan kurang 1 orang (2,2%).
