Abstract

GAMBARAN SIKAP ANGGOTA KELUARGA MENCEGAH PENULARAN TUBERKULOSIS (TB) PARU Fina Hanipah, Evi Irmayanti, Wawan Rismawan Program Studi DIII Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Email : finahanifahbaru@gamil.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : TB Paru dalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Sumber penularan adalah penderita Tuberkulosis BTA positif, pada waktu batuk atau bersin, penderita menyebarkan kuman ke udara dalam bentuk percikan dahak (Droplet Nuclei,Salah satu penyebab penyebaran tuberkulosis Karena sikap keluarga. Tujuan : Mengetahui bagaimana sikap angota keluarga mencegah penularan TB paru di dlam rumah, Mengetahui bagaimana sikap anggot keluarga mencegah penularan TB paru di luar rumah. Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian literatur review jenis deskriptif dan analitik. Populasi artikel yang digunakan dalam KTI ini seluruh artikel yang berada di google scholar dan proquest. Dengan jumlah 20 buah artikel yang relevan. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari 21 April – 21 juni 2021. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan hasil-hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gambaran sikap anggota keluarga mencegah penularan tuberkulosis (TB) paru pengetahuan keluarga tentang pencegahan penularan TB paru sangat baik, pencegahan seperti, patuhnya menggunakan masker saat bicara, ada matahari masuk kedalam rumah, barang barang yang digunakan oleh anggota keluarga di pisahkan dengan anggota keluarga yang terkena TB paru, Sikap keluarga dalam mencegah penularan TB sangat baik. sikap merupakan tendensi seseorang untuk melakukan suatu perilaku sehingga semakin positif (mendukung) sikap keluarga terhadap pencegahan penularan TB Paru, maka semakin positif (mendukung) juga perilaku keluarga tersebut untuk melakukan pencegahan terhadap penularan TB Paru. Kata kunci : Sikap keluarga, Pencegahan tuberkulosis paru ABSTRACT Background: Pulmonary TB is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The source of transmission is a positive smear tuberculosis patient, when coughing or sneezing, the patient spreads germs into the air in the form of phlegm droplets (droplet nuclei). One of the causes of the spread of tuberculosis is due to family attitudes. Objectives: To know how the attitude of family members to prevent the transmission of pulmonary TB at home, To know how the attitude of family members to prevent the transmission of pulmonary TB outside the home. Research Methods: The research method is a descriptive type of literature review. The population of articles used in this KTI are all articles on Google Scholar and Proquest. With a total of 10 pieces of relevant articles. The time of the study was carried out for 2 months from April 21 - June 21, 2021. Research Results: Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the description of the attitudes of family members to prevent transmission of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) family knowledge about preventing transmission of pulmonary TB is very good, such as prevention, adherence wearing a mask when talking, there is sun entering the house, items used by family members are separated from family members who are affected by pulmonary TB, the attitude of the family in preventing TB transmission is very good. Attitude is a person's tendency to carry out a behavior so that the more positive (supportive) the family's attitude towards the prevention of pulmonary TB transmission is, the more positive (supportive) the behavior of the family is to prevent the transmission of pulmonary TB.
