Abstract

ABSTRAK TINGKAT STRES IBU DALAM MENDAMPINGI ANAK STUDY FROM HOME (SFH) PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI SD NEGERI 1 SUKARAHARJA KABUPATEN CIAMIS OLEH : RAIHAN NURYADIN 10119012 Latar Belakang : Study from home merupakan sarana belajar yang efektif untuk menurunkan angka penyebaran covid-19 yang salah satunya dapat menyebabkan bertambahnya tugas bagi ibu dalam mendampingi anak belajar. Ibu merasa terganggu pikirannya karena belum bisa beradaptasi. Keadaan tersebut dapat menjadi stresor baru yang menuntut ibu memiliki beberapa peran. Ibu yang harus mengajari anaknya study from home mengalami berbagai macam kesulitan. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui Tingkat Stres Ibu dalam Mendampingi Anak Study From Home (SFH) pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SD Negeri 1 Sukaraharja Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode Penelitian : Rancangan penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 91 ibu yang memiliki anak yang bersekolah di SD Negeri 1 Sukaraharja Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner DASS. Hasil penelitian : Peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa ibu mengalami kedaan normal yaitu sebanyak 49 responden (53,8%), 18 responden mengalami stres ringan (19,8%), 21 responden mengalami stres sedang (23,1%), 1 responden mengalami stres berat (1,1%) dan 2 responden mengalami stres sangat berat (2,2%). Kesimpulan : Tingkat stres yang dialami ibu mayoritas mengalami keadaan normal. Saran : Responden yang mengalami stres sedang, berat dan sangat berat diharapkan membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan guru sekolah dan harus memodifikasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan sehingga tidak memberatkan kepada orang tua untuk mendampingi anak studi di rumah. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti hubungan pendampingan pembelajaran study from home dengan tingkat stres pada ibu selama pandemi covid-19 dengan metodologi penelitian yang bervariasi. Kata Kunci : Ibu, Study From Home, Tingkat Stres ABSTRACT MOTHER'S STRESS LEVEL IN ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN TO STUDY FROM HOME (SFH) DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT SD NEGERI 1 SUKARAHARJA, CIAMIS REGENCY BY : RAIHAN NURYADIN 10119012 Background: Study from home is an effective learning tool to reduce the spread of covid-19, one of which can cause an increase in tasks for mothers in accompanying children to learn. Mom felt troubled by her mind because she hadn't been able to adapt. The situation can be a new stressor that demands that the mother have several roles. Mothers who have to teach their children to study from home experience various kinds of difficulties. Research Objectives: Knowing the Level of Maternal Stress in Accompanying Children To Study From Home (SFH) during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SD Negeri 1 Sukaraharja, Ciamis Regency. Research Methods: This research design is of a quantitative descriptive type with a total sampling technique. The sample in this study was 91 mothers who had children who attended SD Negeri 1 Sukaraharja, Ciamis Regency. Data collection techniques using dass questionnaire measuring instruments. Research results: Researchers obtained the results that mothers experienced normal conditions, namely as many as 49 respondents (53.8%), 18 respondents experienced mild stress (19.8%), 21 respondents experienced moderate stress (23.1%), 1 respondent experienced severe stress (1.1%) and 2 respondents experienced very severe stress (2.2%). Conclusion: The level of stress experienced by the majority of mothers is experiencing a normal state. Suggestion: Respondents who experience moderate, severe and very severe stress are expected to build good communication with school teachers and must modify fun learning so that it is not burdensome for parents to accompany children to study at home. Researchers are further expected to be able to examine the relationship between study from home learning assistance and stress levels in mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic with varying research methodologies.
