Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI D III KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juni 2022 Tasya Widya Salsabila Gambaran Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Dalam Menghadapi Persalinan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya xv + 74 halaman + 5 tabel + 1 bagan + 11 lampiran ABSTRAK Kehamilan dan persalinan merupakan ancaman kedewasaan yang dapat menimbulkan kecemasan dan stress. Saat stress, janin menyerap hormon kortisol, yang diproduksi oleh tubuh ibu hamil. Dan anak-anak dengan kadar kortisol tinggi lebih mungkin mengembangkan alergi daripada anak-anak dengan kadar kortisol rendah. Ada 107.000.000 (28,7%) orang ibu hamil yang mengalami kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan sedangkan di Pulau jawa sebesar 52,3% atau 355.873 ibu hamil trimester III yang mengalami kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah dan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil primigravida dan multigravida trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tamansari Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 51 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas ibu hamil dengan kehamilan multigravida 72,5%, mayoritas tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil primigravida yaitu kecemasan sedang 64,3%, mayoritas tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil multigravida yaitu kecemasan sedang 51,4%. Diharapkan ibu hamil mempersiapkan diri secara fisik dan mental saat menghadapi persalinan, dan lebih sering memeriksakan kehamilannya untuk mengetahui kondisi ibu dan janinnya. When stressed, the fetus absorbs the hormone cortisol, which is produced by the body of pregnant women. And children with high cortisol levels are more likely to develop allergies than children with low cortisol levels. There are 107,000,000 (28.7%) pregnant women who experience anxiety in facing childbirth, while on the island of Java 52.3% or 355,873 pregnant women in the third trimester who experience anxiety in facing childbirth. This study aimed to identify the amount and level of anxiety in third trimester primigravida and multigravida pregnant women in the area of Tamansari Tasikmalaya Health Center. This type of research was quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 51 respondents. The results showed that the majority of pregnant women with multigravida pregnancies were 72.5%, the majority of the anxiety levels of primigravida pregnant women were moderate anxiety 64.3%, the majority of the anxiety level of multigravida pregnant women was 51.4% moderate anxiety. It is hoped that pregnant women prepare themselves physically and mentally when facing childbirth, and check their pregnancy more often to find out the condition of the mother and fetus.
