Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi termasuk salah satu penyakit PTM (Penyakit Tidak Menular) yang masih menjadi suatu masalah dalam bidang kesehatan. Hipertensi juga biasa dikenal oleh kalangan masyarakat dengan sebutan tekanan darah tinggi, dimana pada keadaan ini tekanan sistolik pada darah ≥ 140 mmHg, dan tekanan diastolik pada darah ≥ 90 mmHg. Tujuan penyusunan Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini tujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor Resiko Penyebab Hipertensi Di Wilayah Puskesmas Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah penderita hipertensi dengan usia dewasa dengan rentang usia dari 20-40 tahun pada bulan Januari-Februari 2022 yang berada di Puskesmas Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya sebanyak 89 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden yang sering membatasi konsumsi natrium sebanyak 11 responden (57,9%), responden yang sering mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung lemak sebanyak 14 responden (73,7%), jumlah responden yang jarang merokok sebanyak 15 responden (78,9%), jumlah responden yang melakukan aktivitas fisik cukup sering sebanyak 8 responden (42,1%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor resiko penyebab hipertensi di Puskesmas Tamansari paling sering terjadi dikarenkan konsumsi makanan berlemak yang cukup sering dan kebiasaan olahraga yang jarang dilakukan. Saran untuk masyarakat diharapkan agar dapat mengurangi kebiasaan mengkonsumsi makanan berlemak, dan untuk petugas kesehatan ditingkatkan lagi dalam pemberian penyuluhan tentang hipertensi kepada masyarakat. Hypertension is also commonly known by the public as high blood pressure, wherein in this situation, the systolic pressure in the blood is 120 mmHg, and the diastolic pressure in the blood is 90 mmHg. The purpose of preparing this scientific paper is to determine the risk factors for hypertension in the Tamansari Health Center area, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is descriptive research. The population in this study were hypertensive adults with an age range of 20–40 years, in January–February 2022 at the Tamansari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City, as many as 89 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The results showed that respondents who frequently limit sodium consumption were 11 respondents (57.9%), respondents who often consumed fat-containing foods were 14 respondents (73.7%), the number of respondents who rarely smoked was 15 respondents (78.9%), and the number of respondents who do physical activity quite often is 8 respondents (42.1%). The conclusion of this study shows that the risk factors for hypertension in Tamansari Health Center most often occur due to frequent consumption of fatty foods and infrequent exercise habits. Suggestions for the community are expected to reduce the habit of consuming fatty foods and for health workers to be further improved in providing counseling about hypertension to the public.
