Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN JUMLAH TROMBOSIT DAN HEMATOKRIT TERHADAP HASIL ANTI-DENGUE IgG DAN IgM PADA PENDERITA DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) OLEH: Fadhila Az-Zahra 20119036 Abstrak Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue dan ditularkan oleh nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Sel darah yang berfungsi dalam faktor hemostasis disebut dengan trombosit. Pada DBD, penyebab trombositopenia adalah akibat terbentuknya kompleks virus antibodi yang merangsang terjadinya agregasi trombosit. Pada DBD juga ditandai dengan adanya kebocoran plasma yang ditandai dengan peningkatan nilai hematokrit >20%. Diagnosis infeksi virus dengue perlu ditunjang dengan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium, salah satunya pemeriksaan untuk mengenali antibodi spesifik virus dengue baik IgM anti dengue untuk infeksi dengue primer maupun IgG untuk infeksi dengue sekunder. Diagnosis lain penunjang penyakit DBD adalah pemeriksaan jumlah trombosit dan hematokrit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan hasil pemeriksaan jumlah trombosit dan hematokrit terhadap hasil Anti-Dengue IgG, dan IgM pada penderita DBD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional atau analitik observasional. Hasil dari data primer yang didapat dari Rumah Sakit Jasa Kartini Tasikmalaya diolah menggunakan software yaitu SPSS dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil dari uji statistik hubungan hasil IgG/IgM dengan jumlah trombosit p = 0,375 dan hubungan hasil IgG/IgM dengan nilai hematokrit p = 0,487 sehingga nilai signifikansi >0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat hubungan hasil pemeriksaan jumlah trombosit dan hematokrit terhadap hasil Anti-Dengue IgG dan IgM pada penderita DBD. Kata Kunci: Trombosit, Hematokrit, IgG, IgM, DBD Abstract Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the dengue virus and is transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. Blood cells that function in hemostasis factors are called platelets. In DHF, the cause of thrombocytopenia is the formation of a viral antibody complex that stimulates platelet aggregation. DHF is also characterized by plasma leakage which is indicated by an increase in the hematocrit value of >20%. The diagnosis of dengue virus infection needs to be supported by the results of laboratory tests, one of which is an examination to identify dengue virus-specific antibodies, both anti-dengue IgM for primary dengue infection and IgG for secondary dengue infection. Another diagnosis supporting DHF is the examination of the platelet count and hematocrit. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the results of the examination of the platelet count and hematocrit to the results of Anti-Dengue IgG, and IgM in patients with DHF. The research method used in this research is cross-sectional or observational analytic. The results of primary data obtained from the Jasa Kartini Hospital in Tasikmalaya were processed using software, namely SPSS using the Chi-square test. The results of the statistical test of the relationship between IgG/IgM results with platelet count p = 0.375 and the relationship between IgG/IgM results with hematocrit value p = 0.487 so that the significance value was > 0.05. This study concludes that there is no relationship between the results of the examination of platelet counts and hematocrit to the results of Anti-Dengue IgG and IgM in patients with DHF.
