Abstract

IDENTIFIKASI LARVA NYAMUK AEDES Sp PADA TEMPAT PENAMPUNGAN AIR (TPA) MASYARAKAT DI KELURAHAN TUGURAJA KECAMATAN CIHIDEUNG Zesika Putri1, Dr. Rudy Hidana M.Pd2, Khusnul M.Si3 Program Studi D-III Analis Kesehatan/TLM Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Email : zesikaaputrii16gmail.com Penyakit Demam Berdarah (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit infeksi yang ditularkan melalui vektor biologis, yaitu nyamuk . The Aedes Sp mosquito consists of two species, namely Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus which are vectors of the dengue virus that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The presence of Aedes aegypti larvae in an area is an indicator of the presence of a population of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in the area, one of which is in water reservoirs (TPA). Aedes Sp Mosquitoes breed in clear or slightly contaminated water reservoirs. This study was conducted to identify the larvae of the Aedes aegypti mosquito in the community water reservoir of Tuguraja Village, RW 09 RT 04, Cihideung sub-district. This type of research is experimental with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The population of this study were 20 houses with certain qualities and characteristics located in endemic areas in RW 09. The samples in this study were mosquito larvae suspected of Aedes aegypti which were in water reservoirs in the house and only above the water surface. Based on the results of the study found 7 positive samples of Aedes aegypti larvae from 20 samples studied, including those coded R3, R5, R6, R15, R16, R18, R20 with 4 larvae found in the bath and 3 in the bucket with the condition rarely being drained open, avoiding from direct sunlight, and always filled with water, this condition is used by mosquitoes as a breeding ground. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that Aedes aegypti larvae were found in water reservoirs in houses in Tuguraja Village RW 09 RT04 with a percentage of 35% of the 20 houses studied.
