Abstract

UJI DAYA HAMBAT FORMULASI EKSTRAK ETANOL 70% JAMUR LINGZHI (Ganoderma lucidum) DAN PERASAN JERUK NIPIS (Citrus aurantifolin) TERHADAP Trichopyton mentagrophytes Nisa Aulidina Salsabila, R. Suhartati, M.Si, Khusnul, M.Si Analis Kesehatan/ TLM, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Abstrak Penduduk daerah tropis sangat rentan terhadap infeksi jamur pada kulit mereka, akibat suhu panas dan kelembapan yang tinggi. Salah satu infeksi jamur pada kulit disebabkan oleh Trichophyton mentagrophytes yaitu jamur penyebab kurap. Jamur Lingzhi sebagai obat tradisional dapat mencegah dan mengobati segala macam penyakit dan efektif dalam menghambat atau memperlambat pertumbuhan virus, bakteri, atau jamur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antifungi yang dihasilkan oleh formulasi ekstrak etanol 70% jamur lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) dan perasan jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) terhadap Trichophyton mentagrophytes. penelitian menggunakan metode Kirby-Bauer dengan formulasi ekstrak etanol jamur lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) dan perasan jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) dengan variasi konsentrasi 0.11% + 90%, 0.25% + 80%, 0.42% + 70%, 0.66% + 60%, 1% + 50%, 1.5% + 40%, 2.33% + 30%, 4% + 20%, 9% + 10%, dan 100% (Lingzhi, tanpa pengenceran). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya yang variasi konsentrasi tinggi yang membentuk zona hambat, yaitu pada konsentrasi 100% (Lingzhi, tanpa pengenceran) terbentuk 12 mm, konsentrasi 9% + 10% terbentuk 4,3 mm, dan konsentrasi 4% + 20% terbentuk 7,3 mm zona hambat dengan respon hambatan pertumbuhan sedang sehingga dapat dinyatakan sebagai konsentrasi yang lumayan efektif. Sedangkan pada konsentrasi terendah tidak memberikan respon hambatan pertumbuhan. One of the fungal infections of the skin is caused by Trichophyton mentagrophytes, the fungus that causes ringworm. Lingzhi mushroom as a traditional medicine can prevent and treat all kinds of diseases and is effective in inhibiting or slowing the growth of viruses, bacteria, or fungi. This study aims to determine the antifungal activity produced by the formulation of 70% ethanol extract of lingzhi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) and lime juice (Citrus aurantifolia) against Trichophyton mentagrophytes. The study used the Kirby-Bauer method with the formulation of ethanol extract of lingzhi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) and lime juice (Citrus aurantifolia) with various concentrations of 0.11% + 90%, 0.25% + 80%, 0.42% + 70%, 0.66% + 60%, 1% + 50%, 1.5% + 40%, 2.33% + 30%, 4% + 20%, 9% + 10%, and 100% (Lingzhi, no dilution). The results showed that only the high concentration variation formed the inhibition zone, namely at a concentration of 100% (Lingzhi, without dilution) 12 mm was formed, a concentration of 9% + 10% formed 4.3 mm, and a concentration of 4% + 20% formed 7, 3 mm inhibition zone with moderate growth inhibition response so that it can be expressed as a fairly effective concentration.
