Abstract

ABSTRAK Gambaran Kadar Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transminase (SGPT) Pada Perokok Aktis Usia Diatas 40 Tahun Erlina Aditya Murni, Vini Anggraeni, Amd.Ak, dr.H Rustam Sadeli, M.Kes (Program DIII Analis Kesehatan, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada) Abstrak Rokok mengandung bahan kimia yang berbahaya terhadap tubuh. bahan baku seperti tar, nikotin, dan karbon monoksida merupakan toksik utama yang dapat memicu terbentuknya radikal bebas yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada sel hati. Pada saat melewati usia 40 tahun, radikal bebas dari paparan asap rokok akan dibawa ke paru – paru melalui aliran darah kemudian di distribusikan ke seluruh tubuh termasuk ke organ hati. Kerusakan pada hati akan menyebabkan enzim hati tersebut lepas ke dalam aliran darah sehingga kadar enzim SGPT dalam serum darah meningkat dan menandakan adanya gangguan fungsi hati. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar SGPT pada perokok aktif usia diatas 40 tahun. Metode penelitian ini adalah bersifat deskriptif analitik. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 sampel yang terdiri dari laki-laki. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Kampung Pelang Kota Tasikmalaya kemudian darah yang sudah diambil dibawa ke Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Umum Syifa Medina Kota Tasikmalaya.Hasil penelitian kadar SGPT pada perokok aktif usia diatas 40 tahun dari 30 sampel terdapat 10 sampel dengan kadar SGPT meningkat (33%), sedangkan kadar SGPT normal sebanyak 20 sampel (67%). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan gambaran kadar SGPT pada perokok aktif usia diatas 40 tahun bahwa perokok aktif dalam kategori berat mengalami peningkatan kadar SGPT. Dihimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk berhenti merokok karena merokok dapat menimbulkan kerusakan hati selain kerusakan organ. At the time of passing the age of 40 years, free radicals from exposure to cigarette smoke will be carried to the lungs through the bloodstream and then distributed throughout the body, including the liver. Damage to the liver will cause the liver enzymes to be released into the bloodstream so that the levels of the SGPT enzyme in the blood serum increase and indicate impaired liver function. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of SGPT levels in active smokers aged over 40 years. This research method is descriptive analytic. The total sample in this study was 30 samples consisting of men. Sampling was carried out in Pelang Village, Tasikmalaya City, then the blood that had been taken was taken to the Syifa Medina General Hospital Laboratory, Tasikmalaya City. The results of the study of SGPT levels in active smokers aged over 40 years from 30 samples there were 10 samples with increased SGPT levels (33%), while normal SGPT levels were 20 samples (67%). Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the description of SGPT levels in active smokers aged over 40 years that active smokers in the heavy category experience an increase in SGPT levels.
