Abstract

APLIKASI SIGMA MATRIKS DALAM PEMANTAPAN MUTU INTERNAL PADA PEMERIKSAAN KOLESTEROL DI LABORATORIUM KLINIK BTH TASIKMALAYA APPLICATION OF SIGMA MATRIX IN INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL ON CHOLESTEROL INSPECTION IN THE LABORATORY OF BTH CLINIC TASIKMALAYA Indri Septiani1, Rianti Nurpalah, M.Si1, Dr. Ummy Mardiana Ramdan, M.Si 1 Prodi D-III Analis kesehatan, Fakultas Imu Kesehatan, Universitas BTH Tasikmalaya Email : indrisepti20@gmail.com ABSTRAK Sigma matriks merupakan tingkat kualitas yang mendekati defect rate yang sempurna. Metode sigma matriks ini berperan dalam menilai kualitas kinerja dengan pembagian tingkatan sigma yaitu sigma minimum dengan nilai 3 dan sigma maksimum dengan nilai 6 atau hasil 99,99966% bebas cacat. Penerapan sigma matriks pada fase analitik lebih rumit dibanding dua fase yang lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif-analitik dengan menggunakan serum kontrol centronom. Sesuai dengan manual kit yang digunakan untuk nilai true value pemeriksaan kolesterol yaitu 122 mg/dl. Data hasil pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol dalam serum kontrol, setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan kolesterol total didapatkan hasil nilai mean yaitu 122,23. Untuk nilai SD yaitu sebesar 3,47 dengan CV% sebesar 2,83%. Nilai d% yang didapat sebesar 0,19%. Untuk nilai %TE mendapatkan hasil 5,85%. Nilai sigma yang didapat pun sudah cukup baik dengan nilai sigma 3,39 untuk level kontrol normal ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sigma matriks dalam pemantapan mutu internal pada pemeriksaan kolesterol di laboratorium klinik BTH Tasikmalaya ini sudah mempunyai nilai baik yaitu lebih dari 3. The sigma metrics method plays a role in assessing the quality of performance with the level of sigma division, namely minimum sigma with a value of 3 and maximum sigma with a value of 6 or 99.99966% defect-free results. The application of the sigma metrics in the analytical phase is more complicated than the other two phases. The research method used is descriptive-analytic using centronomic control serum. In accordance with the manual kit used for the cholesterol test value, which is 122 mg/dl. The results of the examination of cholesterol levels in the control serum, after examination, the total results obtained were on average 122.23. The SD value is 3.47 with CV% of 2.83%. The value of d% obtained is 0.19%. For the %TE value, the result is 5,85%. The sigma value obtained is also quite good with a sigma value of 3.39 for this normal control level. It can be said that the application of the sigma metrics in strengthening internal quality on cholesterol examination at the BTH Tasikmalaya clinical laboratory has a better value than 3.
