Abstract
Abstrak Pada industri pabrik tepung tapioka terdapat bising yang ditimbulkan oleh mesin, suara bising ini akan dirasakan para tenaga kerja pada setiap melakukan pekerjaan sehingga dapat menimbulkakn ketidaknyamanan kerja. Bising adalah bunyi yang tidak diinginkan dari suatu usaha atau kegiatan dalam tingkat waktu tertentu yang dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan dan kenyamanan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja di bagian produksi di Pabrik Tepung Tapioka X di Wilayah Manonjaya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 responden. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi sumber mesin produksi yang berpotensi menghasilkan kebisingan melebihi baku mutu kebisingan. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, sumber produksi yang berpotensi menghasilkan tingkat kebisingan melebihi nilai baku mutu tertinggi di dalam ruang produksi dengan nilai sebesar 76,6 dB dan tingkat kebisingan terendah terjadi di luar ruang produksi dengan nilai sebesar 63,0 dB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden berumur tua sebanyak 12 (60%), masa kerja < 5 tahun sebanyak 8 (40%), lama paparan ≥ 8 jam sebanyak 20 (100%), mengganggu konsentrasi sebanyak 6 (30%), dan tidak menggunakan APT sebanyak 20 (100%). Disarankan untuk dilakukan rolling kerja antara pekerja tua dan muda di bagian kerja dengan intensitas bising < 70 dB dan rutin melakukan cek kesehatan, pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri, pengawasan mengenai Alat Pelindung Diri terhadap pekerja, serta lebih memperhatikan pekerjanya dalam waktu bekerja untuk tidak ditempatkan di daerah yang memliki intensitas tinggi. Kata kunci: Tingkat kebisingan, Sumber bunyi Abstract In the tapioca flour factory industry there is noise generated by the machine, this noise will be felt by the workers at every job so that it can cause work discomfort. Noise is unwanted sound from a business or activity within a certain time level that can cause health problems and environmental comfort. This research is descriptive. The population in this study were all workers in the production section of the Tapioca X Flour Factory in the Manonjaya Region with a total sample of 20 respondents. The purpose of this study is to identify sources of production machines that have the potential to produce noise exceeding the noise quality standard. Based on the measurement results, the production source that has the potential to produce noise levels exceeding the highest quality standard value is inside the production room with a value of 76.6 dB and the lowest noise level occurs outside the production room with a value of 63.0 dB. The results showed that the respondents were old age as many as 12 (60%), working period < 5 years as many as 8 (40%), duration of exposure ≥ 8 hours as many as 20 (100%), disturbing concentration as much as 6 (30%), and did not use APT as much as 20 (100%). It is recommended to do rolling work between old and young workers in the work section with noise intensity < 70 dB and routinely carry out health checks, use Personal Protective Equipment, supervision of Personal Protective Equipment for workers, and pay more attention to workers while working not to be placed in areas which has a high intensity.
