Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI D-III KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA Karya Tulis Ilmiah Sindi Rahayu Gambaran Karakteristik Lansia Hipertensi Di Kelurahan Mulyasari Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya x+ 63 halaman + 6 tabel + 1 bagan + 10 lampiran ABSTRAK Latar belakang Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana terjadi peningkatan tekanan darah secara abnormal dan terus menerus pada beberapa kali pemeriksaan tekanan darah yang disebabkan satu atau beberapa faktor resiko yang tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya dalam mempertahankan tekanan darah secara normal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Usia pada Lansia Hipertensi di Kelurahan Mulyasari Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif, populasi penelitian yaitu lansia hipertensi, jumlah sampel 108 responden dengan teknik sampling yaitu random sampling, menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil gambaran usia lansia hipertensi terbanyak pada kategori 60-70 tahun sebanyak 63 responden, gambaran jenis kelamin lansia pada hipertensi terbanyak pada kategori laki-laki sebanyak 55 responden,gambaran sosial ekonomi pada lansia hipertensi terbanyak pada kategori 1,1 juta-2 juta sebanyak 41 responden, gambaran kegiatan fisik pada lansia hipertensi pada kategori tidak teratur sebanyak 65 responden. Kesimpulan Gambaran Karakteristik Lansia Hipertensi di Kelurahan Mulyasari Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya. Saran: Diharapkan petugas kesehatan,keluarga selalu memberikan dukungan agar lebih patuh untuk mengontrol tekanan darahnya dan meminimalisir hambatan. Kata kunci : Karakteristik Hipertensi. Research objective :The purpose of the study is to find out the Picture of Age in hypertensive elderly in Mulyasari Village, Tamansari Health Center Working Area, Tasikmalaya City. Method: uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, the research population is hypertensive elderly, the total sample of 108 respondents with a sampling technique, namely random sampling, using questionnaire measuring instruments. The data is processed using spss application version 26. The results : of the picture of the most hypertensive elderly in the category of 60-70 years as many as 63 respondents, the picture of the sex of the elderly in hypertension was the most in the male category as many as 55 respondents, the socioeconomic picture in the elderly hypertension was the most in the category of 1.1 million-2 million as many as 41 respondents, the picture of physical activity in the hypertensive elderly in the irregular category as many as 65 respondents. Conclusion : of the Description of the Characteristics of hypertensive Elderly in Mulyasari Village, Tamansari Health Center Working Area, Tasikmalaya City. Advice: It is hoped that health workers and families will always provide support to be more obedient to control their blood pressure and minimize obstacles.
