Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada 7 kelompok masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor mencit yaitu kelompok negatif, uji I diberi metformin 1,3 mg/ 20 g BB mencit, kaptopril 0,13mg/20 g BB mencit, uji II diberi metformin 1,3 mg/ 20 g BB mencit, ramipril 0,026 mg/20 g BB mencit, uji III diberi metformin 1,3 mg/ 20 g BB mencit, lisinopril 0,026 mg/20 g BB mencit, uji IV diberi glimepirid 0,0104 mg/20 g BB mencit, kaptopril 0,13 mg/20 g BB mencit, uji V diberi glimepirid 0,0104 mg/20 g BB mencit, ramipril 0,026 mg/20 g BB mencit, uji VI diberi glimepirid 0,0104 mg/20 g BB mencit, lisinopril 0,026 mg/20 g BB mencit, hewan diamati selama 14 hari kemuadian setiap 7 hari di cek kadar glukosa darah. Kata kunci: ACE Inhibitor, Antihiperglikemia, Interaksi Obat, Kadar Gula Darah Abstract Drug interaction is the administration of more than one drug at the same time, resulting in unwanted side effects. One of the drug interactions that often occurs is between ACE inhibitors and antihyperglycemia drugs. This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of ACE inhibitors (captopril, ramipril, lisinopril) with antihyperglycemic drugs (metformin and glimepirid) on blood glucose levels and to determine the combination of drugs that result in an increased risk of hypoglycemia in male white mice. The study was conducted in 7 groups, each group consisting of 5 mice, namely the negative group, test I was given metformin 1.3 mg / 20 g BB mice, captopril 0.13 mg / 20 g BB mice, test II was given metformin 1.3 mg / 20 g BB mice, ramipril 0.026 mg / 20 g BB mice, test III was given metformin 1.3 mg / 20 g BB mice, lisinopril 0, 026 mg/20 g BB mice, test IV was given glimepirid 0.0104 mg/20 g BB mice, captopril 0.13 mg/20 g BB mice, test V was given glimepirid 0.0104 mg/20 g BB mice, ramipril 0.026 mg/20 g BB mice, test VI was given glimepirid 0.0104 mg/20 g BB mice, lisinopril 0.026 mg/20 g BB mice, animals were observed for 14 days then every 7 days blood glucose levels were checked. Glucose dose of 195 mg/20 g BW mice was used to induce mice orally. The results of the ACE Inhibitor study provide drug interactions with antihyperglycemia to reduce blood glucose levels. The combination of metformin and captopril gave the highest reduction in blood glucose levels with a percentage reaching 76.61% Keywords: ACE Inhibitors, Antihyperglycemia, Drug Interactions, Blood Sugar Level
