Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI S1 FARMASI FAKULTAS FARMASI UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA Lenny Alviani ABSTRACT Diabetes is a form of chronic metabolic disorder characterized by blood glucose levels above the normal range. Intravenous mixing is a series of drug transformations performed aseptically by pharmacists in medical facilities to convert the drug from its original state into a new product by dissolving or adding other ingredients. The purpose of this study was to look at the compatibility and incompatibility patterns of intravenous (IV) preparations at Pandega Pangandaran Regional General Hospital. This research is a descriptive observational study during the period February – May 2023. The comparative literature in this study is the Handbook on Injectables and Injectable Drugs Guide as a reference for compatibility analysis in intravenous (IV) preparations. The data taken were medical record data of patients in the Baronang room, it was found that 30 patients used the most drugs, namely Omeprazole powder injection 40 mg and were analyzed using chi-square to relate two different variables. The results of the statistical analysis of patient therapy data at Pandega Pangandaran Regional General Hospital are 100% compatible. Keywords: compatibility, incompatibility, intravena admixture. ABSTRAK Diabetes adalah suatu bentuk gangguan metabolisme kronis yang ditandai dengan kadar glukosa darah di atas kisaran normal. Pencampuran intravena adalah serangkaian perubahan bentuk obat yang dilakukan secara aseptik oleh apoteker di fasilitas medis untuk mengubah obat menjadi produk baru dengan melarutkan atau menggabungkan komponen lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pola kompatibilitas dan inkompatibilitas pada sediaan intravena (IV) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pandega Pangandaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif selama periode Februari – Mei 2023. Literatur pembanding pada penelitian ini adalah Handbook on Injectable dan Injectable Drugs Guide sebagai acuan untuk analisis kompatibilitas pada sediaan intravena (IV). Data yang diambil merupakan data rekam medis pasien yang ada di ruang Baronang didapatkan 30 pasien dengan penggunaan obat paling banyak yaitu Omeprazole serbuk injeksi 40 mg dan dianalisis menggunakan chi-square untuk menghubungkan dua variabel yang berbeda. Hasil dari analisis statistik data terapi pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pandega Pangandaran 100% kompatibel. Kata kunci: kompatibel, inkompatibel, pencampuran intravena.
