Abstract

Abstrak Beban kerja yang diberikan kepada setiap individu harus sejalan dengan kapasitas yang mereka miliki. Jika tugas terlalu berat, bisa mengakibatkan kelelahan. Kelelahan kerja adalah masalah umum di kalangan pekerja yang dpat mengakibatkan penurunan konsentrasi dan dampak negative bagi kesehatan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah ada korelasi antara beban kerja dan tingkat kelelahan kerja pada sopir dump truck di Pangkalan Kampung Labuhan-Bulan Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi. Sampel berjumlah 34 orang yang diantaranya merupakan sopir dump truck yang bekerja lebih dari 7 jam dalam 1 hari. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan yaitu nilai beban kerja sebesar 82,35%, dan kelelahan kerja sebesar 79,41%. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan uji Kendalls tau-b didapatkan hasil 0.024 > 0.05 artinya terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja. Kata Kunci: Beban kerja, kelelahan kerja Abstract The workload given to each individual must be in line with their capacity. If the task is too heavy, it can lead to fatigue. Occupational fatigue is a common problem among workers that can lead to decreased concentration and negative impacts on their health. This study aims to identify whether there is a correlation between workload and the level of fatigue in dump truck drivers at the Labuhan-Bulan Village Base in Tasikmalaya City. This research is quantitative with correlation method. The sample amounted to 34 people, including dump truck drivers who worked more than 7 hours in 1 day. The final results obtained are the workload value of 82.35%, and work fatigue of 79.41%. Then continued with the Kendalls tau-b test, the results obtained were 0.024> 0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between workload and fatigue. Key word: Workload, work fatigue
