Abstract

GAMBARAN HASIL PEMERIKSAAN RAPID TEST Treponema pallidum PADA LESBIAN GAY BISEKSUAL DAN TRANSGENDER DI KOTA TASIKMALAYA Rima Amalia, Meri, Dina Ferdiani Program Studi D-III Analis Kesehaan/TLM Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara terbesar kelima di dunia penyebaran kasus LGBT atau lesbian, gay, biseksual dan transgender. Perilaku penyimpangan seksual ini seperti LGBT dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan terdekat, dan menimbulkan terjadinya infeksi menular seksual (IMS), salah satunya adalah sifilis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil pemeriksaan rapid-test Treponema pallidum pada suatu komunitas di Tasikmalaya. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu sebagai kajian penelitian lebih lanjut dan penerapan pemahaman terhadap penyakit sifilis di lingkungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 30 responden dengan persentase 20% Reaktif yaitu dari kelompok Gay 1 orang dan kelompok transgender 5 orang dan 80% Non Reaktif . Disarankan untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan lanjutan pada keluarga responden dengan hasil pemeriksaan reaktif sebagai konfirmasi dari pemeriksaan yang telah dilakukan dan perlu pembinaan dari pemerintah secara terus-menerus, serta perlu adanya kesinambungan dari program pencegahan HIV/AIDS. Kata Kunci : LGBT, Sifilis, Rapid-Test ABSTRACT Indonesia is the fifth largest country in the world for cases of LGBT or lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender cases. This sexual deviant behavior, such as LGBT, can have a negative impact on the immediate environment, and cause sexually transmitted infections (STIs), one of which is syphilis. This study aims to describe the results of a Treponema pallidum rapid-test in a community in Tasikmalaya. The benefits of this research are as a further research study and application of understanding of syphilis in the community. This research uses a descriptive type of research, with the results of this research obtained 30 respondents with a percentage of 20% Reactive, namely from the Gay group 1 person and the transgender group 5 people and 80% Non Reactive. It is recommended that further examination be carried out on the respondent's family with reactive examination results as confirmation of the examination that has been carried out and requires continuous guidance from the government, as well as the need for continuity of the HIV/AIDS prevention program Keywords: LGBT, Syphilis, Rapid-Test
