Abstract

ABSTRAK Perbandingan Jumlah Leukosit Menggunakan Tabung Vacutainer K3EDTA dengan Variasi Volume Darah Nidya Utami, Yane Liswanti, dan Annisa Nurhasanah Prodi D-III Analis Kesehatan/TLM, Universitas BTH Tasikmalaya Abstrak Hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium merupakan bagian penting untuk pengambilan keputusan terhadap suatu diagnosa. Karena, hasil laboratorium berhubungan erat dengan penegakan suatu penyakit dan terapi pengobatan. Salah satu bidang pemeriksaan laboratorium yaitu hematologi. Dalam proses pra- analitik berkontribusi sebesar 61%, pada proses analitik sebesar 25% dan pada proses pasca analitik sebesar 14% dari total kesalahan pemeriksaan laboratorium. pada tahap pra-analitik, salah satu faktor penyebabnya yaitu pada saat pemberian antikoagulan dengan volume darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan jumlah leukosit menggunakan tabung vacutainer K3EDTA dengan variasi volume darah 1 mL, 2 mL, 3 mL. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimental. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil perbandingan jumlah leukosit menggunakan tabung vacutainer K3EDTA variasi volume darah 1 mL, 2 mL, 3 mL adanya kenaikan persentase jumlah leukosit dari setiap volume darah yang dibandingkan yang berarti semakin banyak antikoagulan maka adanya penurunan jumlah leukosit. Menurut uji Parametric Paired Sample T-test dengan uji one way-anova didapat hasil <0,05 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan dari hasil variasi volume darah. This is because laboratory results are closely related to the enforcement of a disease and treatment therapy. One of the laboratory tests is hematology. The pre-analytic process contributed 61%, the analytical process accounted for 25% and the post-analytical process accounted for 14% of the total laboratory examination errors. In the pre-analytical stage, one of the contributing factors is administration of anticoagulants with blood volume. This study aims to determine the comparison of the number of leukocytes using K3EDTA vacutainer tubes with blood volume variations of 1 mL, 2 mL, 3 mL. This research is quantitative with experimental methods. In this study, the results of a comparison of the number of leukocytes using the K3EDTA vacutainer tube with variations in blood volume of 1 mL, 2 mL, 3 mL showed an increase in the percentage of the number of leukocytes per blood volume compared, which means that the more anticoagulants, the lower the number of leukocytes. According to the Parametric Paired Sample T-test with the one way anova test, the results were <0.05, which can be concluded that there is a significant average difference in the results of variations in blood volume.
