Abstract

Kahuripan Tawang Kota, Kec, Kab. Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat 46115 Email: sitinurhidayag17@gmail.com Abstrak Tenaga kesehatan termasuk kelompok yang paling beresiko terpapar virus hepatitis B karena pekerjaannya yang berhadapan langsung dengan pasien yang terinfeksi virus hepatitis B, karena kemungkinan terpapar melalui jarum suntik, atau percikan darah maka dari itu, tenaga kesehatan sangat penting dilakukan screening Hepatitis B menggunakan tes cepat HBsAg dan AntiHBs sebelum melakukan vaksinasi. penelitian pada kali ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg dan AntiHBs sebelum vaksinasi pada tenaga kesehatan di RSD Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap tenaga kesehatan di RSD Gunung Jati yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sebagai suatu populasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan teruji kode etik nomor 032/LAIKETIK/KEPPKRSGJ/V/2024. Sampel kemudian dikumpulkan secara purposive sampling dengan rumus Slovin dan ditentukan HBsAg dan AntiHB secara imunokromatografi, yang hasilnya diolah secara deskriptif.Maka dapat disimpulkan mengenai Gambaran Hasil Pemeriksaan HBsAg dan AntiHBs Sebelum Vaksinasi Pada Tenaga Kesehatan di RSD Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon, dari hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg bahwa didapatkan HBsAg Reaktif sebanyak 3% sampel dan 97% sampel hasil Non Reaktif. AntiHBs Reaktif didapatkan 19% sampel dan AntiHBs Non Reaktif sebanyak 81% sampel. Kata kunci : Hepatitis B, HBsAg, AntiHBs, Tenaga kesehatan ABSTRACT Health workers are among the groups most at risk of exposure to the hepatitis B virus because their work involves dealing directly with patients infected with the hepatitis B virus, because of the possibility of exposure through injection needles, or blood splashes, therefore, it is very important for health workers to be screened for Hepatitis B using the HBsAg and AntiHBs rapid tests before vaccination. This study was to determine the description of the results of the HBsAg and AntiHBs examinations before vaccination in health workers at the Gunung Jati Hospital in Cirebon City. The purpose of this study was conducted on health workers at the Gunung Jati Hospital who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria as a population. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and has been tested for ethical code number 032 / LAIKETIK / KEPKRSGJ / V / 2024. Samples were then collected by purposive sampling with the Slovin formula and HBsAg and AntiHB were determined by immunochromatography, the results of which were processed descriptively. It can be concluded regarding the Description of HBsAg and AntiHBs Examination Results Before Vaccination in Health Workers at Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City, from the results of the HBsAg examination that HBsAg Reactive was obtained in 3% of samples and 97% of samples were Non-Reactive.
