Abstract

Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat 46115 Email : nazwaalfareja0@gmail.com ABSTRAK Gangguan pada ginjal yang mengakibatkan fungsi ginjal hanya mencapai 5% atau kurang maka harus segera ditangani dengan terapi hemodialisis. Standar penurunan persentase hemodialisa yaitu 40-60%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berapa persen (%) penurunan kadar kreatinin pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik serta bahan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas alat dalam proses hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit tingkat III 03.06.01 Ciremai Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Deskriptif menggunakan data primer dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel diambil dari 20 pasien Gagal Ginjal kronik yang sedang terapi hemodialisa kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan kreatinin dengan metode jaffe tanpa deproteinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil kreatinin sebelum hemodialisa dengan nilai rata-rata 15,97 serta hasil kreatinin setelah hemodialisa dengan nilai rata-rata 7,30. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil persentase (%) yang sesuai dengan standar penurunan alat hemodialisa yaitu 95% (19 pasien) dan terdapat 5% (1 pasien) dengan hasil persentase (%) yang tidak sesuai dengan standar penurunan alat hemodialisa. Kata Kunci : Gagal Ginjal Kronik, Kreatinin ABSTRACT Kidney disorders that result in kidney function only reaching 5% or less must be treated immediately with hemodialysis therapy. The standard reduction in hemodialysis percentage is 40-60%. The aim of this study was to determine the percentage (%) decrease in creatinine levels in patients with chronic kidney failure as well as evaluation material for the effectiveness of equipment in the hemodialysis process at Level III Hospital 03.06.01 Ciremai Cirebon. The research method used is the descriptive method using primary data with purposive sampling technique. Samples were taken from 20 chronic kidney failure patients who were undergoing hemodialysis therapy and then creatinine was examined using the Jaffe method without deproteination. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the creatinine results before hemodialysis were obtained with an average value of 15.97 and the creatinine results after hemodialysis were obtained with an average value of 7.30. It can be concluded that the percentage results (%) that are in accordance with the standards for reducing hemodialysis equipment are 95% (19 patients) and there are 5% (1 patient) with percentage results (%) that do not comply with the standards for reducing hemodialysis equipment.
