Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI DIII TEKNOLOGI LABORATORIUM MEDIK FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juli 2024 Elsa Amanda Zauzafasha, Dr. Korry Novitriani, M.Si, Dr. Ummy Mardiana Ramdan, M.Si Abstrak Air sumur merupakan sumber air yang berasal dari tanah dengan kedalaman kurang dari 30 meter. Besi (Fe) merupakan salah satu elemen kimiawi yang dapat ditemukan di hampir di semua badan air. Kadar besi (Fe) yang tinggi dapat dirasakan secara visual, berpotensi menodai kain dan perkakas dapur juga dapat memberikan dampak berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kadar besi (Fe) pada air sumur di RT 01 RW 09 Desa Sukalaksana apakah sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Permenkes RI No. 32 Tahun 2017 tentang standar baku mutu air untuk keperluan hygiene sanitasi dengan pengujian Besi (Fe) dengan kadar maksimum 1 mg/L. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel diambil dari 6 sumber air sumur yang berbeda yang kemudian akan dilakukan pemeriksaan menggunakan alat Photometer Ze-200. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil kadar besi (Fe) pada 5 sampel yaitu 0.02–0.49 mg/L (tidak melebihi kadar maksimum), sedangkan pada 1 sampel diperoleh hasil 5.42 mg/L (melebihi kadar maksimum). Kata Kunci: Besi (Fe), Air Sumur, Photometer-ZE-200. Abstract Well water is a source of water that comes from the ground to a depth of less than 30 meters. Iron (Fe) is a chemical element that can be found in almost all water bodies. High levels of iron (Fe) can be felt visually, have the potential to stain fabrics and kitchen utensils and can also have dangerous impacts on health. The aim of this research is to determine whether the iron (Fe) content in well water at RT 01 RW 09 Sukalaksana Village is in accordance with the regulations set by the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017 concerning water quality standards for sanitation hygiene purposes with Iron (Fe) testing with a maximum level of 1 mg/L. This type of research is descriptive with a purposive sampling technique. Samples are taken from 6 different well water sources which will then be examined using a Ze-200 Photometer. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the iron (Fe) content results obtained in 5 samples were 0.02–0.49 mg/L (not exceeding the maximum level), while in 1 sample the results were 5.42 mg/L (exceeding the maximum level).
