Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI DIII ANALIS KESEHATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juli 2024 Mela Nurfadila Nyamuk merupakan salah satu vektor penularan penyakit DBD, alat yang dapat digunakan untuk perangkap nyamuk dewasa yaitu alat modifikasi doubletrap. Alat ini merupakan gabungan dari ovitrap dan gravitrap yang berfungsi untuk menjebak nyamuk dewasa beserta telurnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan jumlah nyamuk yang terperangkap pada alat modifikasi doubletrap. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen atau disebut juga dengan percobaan, yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pada alat modifikasi lebih efektif dalam merangkap nyamuk dibanding dengan alat kontrol. Jumlah nyamuk dewasa yang terperangkap pada alat uji yaitu 94 sedangkan pada alat kontrol sebanyak 36 dengan jenis nyamuk yaitu Aedes sp dan Culex sp. Kata Kunci: Doubletrap, Ovitrap, Gravidtrap, Aedes sp, Culex sp Mosquitoes are one of the vectors for transmitting dengue fever. The tool that can be used to trap adult mosquitoes is a modified doubletrap tool. This tool is a combination of an ovitrap and a gravitrap which functions to trap adult mosquitoes and their eggs. This research aims to determine the type and number of mosquitoes trapped in the doubletrap modification tool. The method used in this research is experimentation or also called trial, namely to test the effect of one variable on other variables. The results of this research showed that the modified tool was more effective in trapping mosquitoes compared to the control tool. The number of adult mosquitoes trapped in the test equipment was 94, while in the control equipment there were 36 with the types of mosquitoes namely Aedes sp and Culex sp.
