Abstract

ABSTRAK GAMBARAN PEMERIKSAAN JAMUR DERMATOFIT PADA KEROKAN KUKU PETANI DI DESA ANCOL KECAMATAN CINEAM KABUPATEN TASIKMALAYA DESCRIPTION OF EXAMINATION OF DERMATOPHYT FUNGUS ON FARMER'S NAIL SCRAPPINGS IN ANCOL VILLAGE, CINEAM DISTRICT, TASIKMALAYA DISTRICT Dimas Fajar Maulana (Program Studi D-III Analis Kesehatan/TLM, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada) Dermatofita merupakan kelompok jamur yang mempunyai kemampuan mencerna keratin dan menyebabkan dermatofita pada stratum korneum (epidermis) kulit, rambut, dan kuku. Sebagai penyebab utama dermatofitosis, dermatofita diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga genera: Trichophyton, Microsporum, dan Epidermophyton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya jamur pada kuku petani. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemeriksaan langsung KOH 10%, kultur jamur dan pewarnaan LPCB secara mikroskopis. Sampel uji dikumpulkan dari 20 pasien yang diduga Tinea Unguium dengan tingkat keparahan klinis yang bervariasi. Isolasi dan identifikasi pasien penderita Tinea Unguium menunjukkan adanya jamur mikro yang bersifat dermatofit yaitu genera Epidermophyton, Trichophyton, dan Microsporum, serta non-dermatofita yang merupakan kontaminan oportunistik yang telah diidentifikasi seperti isolasi Aspergillus sp. Kata Kunci: Isolasi dan Gambaran, Dermatofita, Tinea Unguium. ABSTRACT Dermatophytes are a group of fungi that can digest keratin and cause dermatophytes in the stratum corneum (epidermis) of the skin, hair and nails. Dermatophytes, the main cause of dermatophytosis, are divided into three groups: Trichophyton, Microsporum and Epidermophyton. The aim of this research was to find out if farmers were in the right place. The methods used were direct examination of 10% KOH, fungal culture and microscopic LPCB contamination. Samples were collected from 20 patients with Tinea Unguium of varying clinical severity. Isolation and identification of patients with Tinea Unguium reveal the presence of dermatophytic microfungi such as the Epidermophyton, Trichophyton and Microsporum genera, as well as Aspergillus sp.
