Cilolohan No. 36 Kel. Kahuripan Tawang, Kota. Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat 46115 Email: destyarahmaa@gmail.com ABSTRAK Lingkungan kerja merupakan tempat para pegawai melakukan tugasnya. Ada 2 jenis lingkungan kerja, yaitu fisik dan non fisik. Meningkatkan kinerja, produktivitas, dan keinginan pegawai untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya dapat ditingkatkan dengan lingkungan kerja yang positif. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja yang negatif dapat menyebabkan pegawai mudah stres dan tidak semangat bekerja sehingga pekerjaan tidak dapat terselesaikan. Mengetahui gambaran lingkungan kerja pegawai Konveksi X di Kota Tasikmalaya merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 orang pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebanyak 28 pertanyaan yang di dalamnya memuat 10 indikator lingkungan kerja. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rerata indikator lingkungan kerja, di mana penerangan cahaya menunjukkan rerata tertinggi yaitu sebesar 83,5%. Pada 66,4%, indikator keamanan memiliki rerata terendah. Untuk nilai gambaran lingkungan kerja dari 10 indikator diperoleh nilai sebesar 74,65% berada pada interval 51 – 74%. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja pada Konveksi X di Kota Tasikmalaya termasuk dalam kategori Cukup. There are 2 types of work environment, namely physical and non-physical. Improving performance, productivity, and employees' desire to complete their tasks can be improved by a positive work environment. While a negative work environment can cause employees to be easily stressed and not enthusiastic about working so that work cannot be completed. Knowing the description of the work environment of Konveksi X employees in Tasikmalaya City is the purpose of this study. The research method used is descriptive method. The research sample was 32 employees with total sampling technique. Data collection was done with a questionnaire of 28 questions which contained 10 work environment indicators. The results of the study obtained the average value of work environment indicators, where lighting showed the highest average of 83.5%. At 66.4%, the security indicator has the lowest average. For the value of the work environment description of 10 indicators, a value of 74.65% is obtained, which is in the interval 51 - 74%. Thus, it can be said that the work environment at Konveksi X in Tasikmalaya City is included in the Fair category. Key words: Work Environment, Employees of Konveksi X in Tasikmalaya City
