Abstract
Formulasi acne patch nanoemulsi antibakteri dengan variasi fase minyak pada nanoemulsi (jojoba oil, sunflower oil, dan virgin coconut oil). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik nanoemulsi dan sediaan acne patch nanoemulsi dibuat konsentrasi dengan zat aktif nanoemulsi ekstrak tangkai betadine (Jatropha multifida Linn) sebesar 0,5%, 0,75%, dan 1%. Pengujian karakeristik fisik nanoemulsi meliputi uji organoleptik, nilai pH, ukuran partikel, zeta potensial dan nilai indeks polidispersitas. Pengujian karakterisasi acne patch nanoemulsi meliputi organoleptik, nilai pH, keseragaman bobot, keseragaman ketebalan, dan daya tahan lipat. Semua karakterisasi memenuhi persyaratan. Dilakukan uji aktivitas antibakteri pada ekstrak, nanoemulsi dan acne patch. Zona hambat nanoemulsi terbesar ada pada formula fase minyak virgin coconut oil dengan dosis 15 mg yaitu sebesar 15,033 ± 0,252e dan zona hambat pada sediaan acne patch nanoemulsi terbesar ada pada formula 3 konsentrasi 1% dengan nilai 28,7 ± 0,2. Kata kunci: Betadine, Jarak Cina, Jatropha multifida Linn, Nanoemulsi, Patch Jerawat, SNEDDS Antibacterial nanoemulsion acne patch formulation with variations in the oil phase of the nanoemulsion (jojoba oil, sunflower oil, and virgin coconut oil). The aim of this research was to determine the characteristics of nanoemulsion and nanoemulsion acne patch preparations made with concentrations of the active substance nanoemulsion betadine stem extract (Jatropha multifida Linn) at 0.5%, 0.75% and 1%. Testing of the physical characteristics of nanoemulsions includes organoleptic tests, pH value, particle size, zeta potential and polydispersity index value. Characterization tests for nanoemulsion acne patches include organoleptics, pH value, weight uniformity, thickness uniformity, and folding resistance. All characterizations met the requirements. Antibacterial activity tests were carried out on extracts, nanoemulsions and acne patches. The largest nanoemulsion inhibition zone is in the oil phase formula of virgin coconut oil with a dose of 15 mg 15.033 ± 0.252e and the largest inhibition zone in the nanoemulsion acne patch preparation is in formula 3 with a concentration of 1% with a value of 28.7 ± 0.2.
