Abstract

Abstrak Pemberian informasi mengenai penggunaan obat kepada ibu hamil merupakan fokus utama bagi profesional farmasi. Selain menjual obat-obatan, mereka juga harus menyediakan semua informasi yang dibutuhkan pasien untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat tentang pengobatan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kemanjuran program edukasi obat di RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya dalam mendidik ibu hamil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain observasional cross-sectional, yang memungkinkan pengumpulan data tanpa berinteraksi langsung dengan individu yang diteliti. Meskipun layanan informasi obat untuk pasien rawat inap di RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya telah dilaksanakan, penelitian menemukan bahwa layanan tersebut belum sepenuhnya memenuhi tujuan yang diinginkan. Kata kunci: Pemberian Informasi; Obat; Ibu Hamil Abtract Providing information on medication use to pregnant women is a primary focus for pharmacy professionals. They are responsible not only for dispensing medications but also for providing comprehensive care by delivering clear and complete information to patients. This study aims to evaluate how information regarding medication use is provided to pregnant women at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. The research method employed is observational with a cross-sectional approach, allowing data collection without direct intervention on the subjects. The study's findings indicate that although medication information services for inpatients at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya are being implemented, they have not fully achieved the intended targets.
