Abstract

Essa Marchelina, Tanendry Arrizqiyani, Khusnul (Program D III Analis Kesehatan, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada) Tuberkulosis Paru (TBC) merupakan penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis, yang menyerang pada organ paru-paru dan menyerang organ lainnya. Tuberkulosis juga ditandai sebagai penyakit granuloma pada jaringan yang terinfeksi, penyakit ini juga dapat ditularkan melalui droplet yang dikeluarkan selama batuk, bersin, dan berbicara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran laju endap darah pada kondisi pasien tuberkulosis paru di puskesmas bantar kota tasikmalaya. Laju Endap Darah merupakan suatu pengujian yang menggambarkan kecepatan eritrosit dalam plasma sampel darah. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah pasien 30 orang. Berdasarkan hasil dari pemeriksaan Gambaran LED pada pasien TBC di Puskesmas Bantar kota Tasikmalaya di dapatkan 24 (80%) orang yang mengalami peningkatan nilai laju endap darah, 6 (20%) orang yang mendapatkan hasil yang normal. Kesimpulan nilai laju endap darah pada pasien laki-laki dan perempuan di Puskesmas Bantar Kota Tasikmalaya meningkat sebesar 40% dari total sampel. Dimana pasien Tuberkulosis Paru mempunyai nilai LED yang meningkat, karena pasien tersebut sebagai penanda adanya peningkatan inflamasi ( infeksi ) di dalam tubuh yang disebabkan oleh bakteri tersebut. Kata kunci : Tuberkulosis Paru,Laju Endap Darah ABSTRACT Description of Blood Sedimentation Rate in Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients at the Bantar Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya City Essa Marchelina, Tanendry Arrizqiyani, Khusnul (D III Health Analyst Program, Bakti Tunas Husada University) Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which attacks the lungs and other organs. Tuberculosis is also characterized as a disease of granulomas in infected tissue. This disease can also be transmitted through droplets released during coughing, sneezing and talking. The aim of this study was to determine the description of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the condition of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Bantar City Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. Blood Sedimentation Rate is a test that describes the speed of erythrocytes in the plasma of a blood sample. This research method is descriptive research with a total of 30 patients. Based on the results of the LED imaging examination of TB patients at the Bantar Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya City, 24 (80%) people had an increase in the erythrocyte sedimentation rate value, 6 (20%) people had normal results. Conclusion: The erythrocyte sedimentation rate value in male and female patients at the Bantar Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya City increased by 40% of the total sample. Where pulmonary tuberculosis patients have an increased ESR value, because these patients are a sign of increased inflammation (infection) in the body caused by these bacteria
