Abstract

Melani Daeng Syayang1, Hendro Kasmanto1, Dina Ferdiani1 Program Studi Diploma Tiga Analis Kesehatan, Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Abstrak Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit infeksi yang menular karena disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberkulosis. Pengobatan TB paru meliputi fase intensif 2 bulan dan fase lanjutan 4 bulan. Obat Anti Tuberkulosis Terdiri dari Rifampisin, Isoniazid, Pirazinamid, Etambutol, dan Steptomisin. Efek samping OAT seperti Isoniazid dan Pirazinamid dapat mengganggu metabolisme B6 dan pembentukan Rifampisin dapat menyebabkan anemia hemolitik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar hemoglobin pada pasien tuberkulosis paru di Puskesmas Manonjaya pada pengobatan intensif dan lanjutan. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif eksperimental pada 26 pasien tuberkulosis paru dalam pengobatan TB parun fase intensif dan lanjutan. Metode pemeriksaan ini menggunakan metode Cyanmethemoglobin dengan alat Spektrofotometer semi-automatis DIRUI DR-7000D. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengobatan TB paru fase intensif (15%) sebanyak 2 pasien mengalami kadar hemoglobin yang rendah dan (85%) 11 pasien mendapati kadar hemoglobin normal. Dalam pengobatan fase lanjutan, (38%) sebanyak 5 pasien mengalami kadar hemoglobin yang rendah dan (62%) 8 pasien mendapati kadar hemoglobin normal. Kata kunci : Hemoglobin, Mycrobacterium Tuberkulosis. Obat Anti Tuberkulosis Abstract Tuberculosis is a contagious infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pulmonary TB treatment includes an intensive phase of 2 months and a continuation phase of 4 months. Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs Consist of Rifampicin, Isoniazid, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol, and Steptomycin. Side effects of OAT such as Isoniazid and Pyrazinamide can interfere with B6 metabolism and the formation of Rifampicin can cause hemolytic anemia. The aim of this study was to determine the description of hemoglobin levels in pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Manonjaya Community Health Center during intensive and advanced treatment. This type of research used an experimental descriptive analysis method on 26 pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the intensive and advanced phase of pulmonary TB treatment. This examination method uses the Cyanmethemoglobin method with a DIRUI DR-7000D semi- automatic spectrophotometer. In the intensive phase of pulmonary TB treatment, (15%) 2 patients experienced low hemoglobin levels and (85%) 11 patients had normal hemoglobin levels. In the advanced phase of treatment, (38%) 5 patients experienced low hemoglobin levels and (62%) 8 patients had normal hemoglobin levels. Key words: Hemoglobin, Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.
