Abstract
ABSTRAK UJI KARAKTERISTIK MUTU SIMPLISIA DAN PEMBUATAN SERBUK INSTAN KOMBINASI EKSTRAK DAUN SIRSAK (Annona muricata L.) DAN DAUN STEVIA (Stevia rebaudiana) Elia Nurherawati Program Studi S1 Farmasi, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji karakteristik mutu simplisia dan pembuatan serbuk instan kombinasi ekstrak daun sirsak (Annona muricata L.) dan daun stevia (Stevia rebaudiana). Daun sirsak berkhasiat antihipertensi, sementara daun stevia sebagai pemanis alami rendah kalori. Penelitian mencakup pengumpulan sampel, pembuatan simplisia, ekstraksi, dan pembuatan serbuk instan. Simplisia diuji mutunya melalui parameter spesifik dan non-spesifik. Hasil menunjukkan simplisia daun sirsak dan stevia memenuhi standar mutu. Evaluasi serbuk instan meliputi uji organoleptik, kelarutan, kadar air, dan pH. Serbuk instan kombinasi ekstrak daun sirsak dan stevia memiliki potensi sebagai minuman herbal antihipertensi yang praktis dan disukai, dengan formula kedua menunjukkan hasil terbaik. Kata kunci: Simplisia, ekstrak daun sirsak, ekstrak daun stevia, antihipertensi, pemanis alami. Abstract This research examines the quality characteristics of simplicia and the production of instant powder combining soursop leaf extract (Annona muricata L.) and stevia leaf extract (Stevia rebaudiana). Soursop leaves have antihypertensive properties, while stevia leaves serve as a low-calorie natural sweetener. The research includes sample collection, simplicia preparation, extraction, and instant powder production. The simplicia quality was tested through specific and non-specific parameters. Results show that the simplicia of soursop and stevia leaves meet quality standards. The instant powder evaluation includes organoleptic tests, solubility, moisture content, and pH. The instant powder combining soursop and stevia leaf extracts has potential as a practical and preferred herbal antihypertensive drink, with the second formula showing the best results.
