Abstract

Program Studi S1 Farmasi, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya putrikhoer02@gmail.com Abstrak Ciplukan menjadi salah satu tanaman liar dengan beragam manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Buah ciplukan diketahui memiliki kandungan senyawa flavonoid serta polifenol yang berfungsi menjadi antioksidan, antidiabetes, antiinflamasi serta antikanker. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengukur kadar flavonoid serta polifenol pada sampel buah ciplukan (Physalis angulata. L.) dengan metode kolorimetri. Sampel dioleh dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Berdasarkan analisis kualitatif sampel terbukti mengandung flavonoid serta polifenol. Penentuan kadar flavonoid serta polifenol dilaksanakan menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ekstrak metanol buah ciplukan memiliki kadar flavonoid rata-rata sebesar 15,6512 mgQE/g, sedangkan kadar polifenol sebesar 42,865 mgGAE/g. Kata Kunci: Buah Ciplukan, Flavonoid, Polifenol Abstract Ciplukan is one of the wild plants with various health benefits. Ciplukan fruit is recognized to include flavonoid and polyphenol compounds that function as antioxidants, antidiabetics, anti-inflammatory and anticancer. The reseach aims to quantify the concentratins of flavonoids and polyphenols in ciplukan fruit samples (Physalis angulata. L.) using the colorimetric method. The samples underwent extraction by maceration method using methanol solvent. Based on qualitative analysis, the sample was proven to contain flavonoids and polyphenols. Determination of flavonoid and polyphenol levels analysis was done with UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Based on the results of the study, the methanol extract of ciplukan fruit has an average flavonoid content of 15.6512 mgQE/g, while the polyphenol content is 42.865 mgGAE/g.
