Abstract

Penerapan Latihan Batuk Efektif Pada Anak Dengan Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sambongpari Kota Tasikmalaya Gin Gin Ali Nugraha Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi mikroorganisme, bakteri, virus atau rickettsia yang banyak dialami oleh anak. Gejala utama yaitu batuk atau pilek yang menimbulkan masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Tindakan untuk mengatasi pengeluaran sekret diantaranya yaitu dengan latihan batuk efektif. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan latihan batuk efektif pada anak dengan Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sambongpari Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, jumlah subjek sebanyak 2 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 3 hari. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan observasi, instrumen yang digunakan adalah SOP Latihan Batuk Efektif. Analisis data yaitu deskriptif naratif Hasil studi kasus menunjukan bahwa setelah dilakukan penerapan latihan batuk efektif didapatkan. bersihan jalan nafas meningkat yang ditandai dengan batuk efektif 5 (meningkat), produksi sputum 1 (meningkat), frekuensi napas 4 (cukup membaik), pola napas 4 (cukup membaik). Kesimpulan studi kasus ini adalah setelah dilakukan latihan batuk efektif, terdapat perubahan respon pada kedua subyek,yaitu bersihan jalan napas meningkat. Saran yaitu orang tua yang mempunyai anak usia sekolah, lebih menjaga anaknya agar tidak bermain di tempat yang kotor, banyak debu, serta memperbaiki ventilasi, pencahayaan rumah. ABSTRACT Implementation of Effective Cough Exercises in Children with Acute Respiratory Infection in the Area of Sambongpari Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya City Gin Gin Ali Nugraha Acute Respiratory Infection is a disease caused by infection with microorganisms, bacteria, viruses or rickettsia which is experienced by many children. The main symptom is a cough or runny nose which causes problems with ineffective airway clearance. Actions to overcome the release of secretions include effective coughing exercises. The aim of this case study was to identify the application of effective cough exercises in children with Acute Respiratory Infection in the area of Sambongpari Community Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This research method was descriptive with a case study approach, the number of subjects was 2 people who were selected based on inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out for 3 days. Data collection techniques were by means of interviews and observation, the instrument used the SOP for Effective Cough Exercises. Data analysis was narrative descriptive. The results showed that after implementing effective coughing exercises, it was found. airway clearance increases as indicated by effective coughing 5 (increasing), sputum production 1 (increasing), respiratory frequency 4 (moderately improved), breathing pattern 4 (moderately improved). The conclusion is that after effective cough training, there is a change in response in both subjects, namely increased airway clearance. The suggestion is that parents who have school-age children should take better care of their children so that they don't play in dirty and dusty places, improve ventilation, lighting home.
