Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan Teknik Fisioterapi Dada pada Anak Usia Toddler dengan Bronkopeunomonia Di Ruang Melati Lantai 5 Rsud Dokter Soekrdjo Kota Tasikmalaya. Mira Maryam Desvitasari Program Studi DIII Keperawatan Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Anak merupakan golongan usia yang lebih rentan terkena penyakit infeksi seperti Bronkopeunomonia. Bronkopeunomonia adalah suatu peradangan yang terjadi pada parenkim paru meluas ke bronkioli. Intervensi yang dapat dilakukan pada anak penderita Bronkopeunomonia untuk membantu mengeluarkan sekret yaitu seperti fisioterapi dada. Fisioterapi dada merupakan salah satu tindakan keperawatan untuk membantu membersihkan saluran pernapasan.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan respon subjek setelah dilakukan tindakan fisioterapi dada pada anak dengan Bronkopeunomoni. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dimana membuat deskripsi mengenai suatu keadaan secara langsung. Subyek penelitian ini adalah anak usia Toddler yang di Rawat di RSUD Dr. Soekardjo KotaTasikmalaya dengan diagnosa Bronkopeunomonia. Penelitian ini membutuhkan 2 subyek yang berbeda untuk dilakukan penerapan fisioterapi dada. Respon sebelum dilakukan fisioterapi dada kedua subyek mengalami peningkatan dalam pengeluaran sputum dan frekuensi napas. Setelah dilakukan fisioterapi dada kedua subyek mengalami cukup penurunan pengeluaran sputum dan frekuensi napas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dari hari ketiga bersihan jalan napas menurun setelah dilakukan fisioterapi dada pada kedua subyek. Kata Kunci : Anak, Bronkopeunomonia, Fisioterapi Dada ABSTRACT Children are an age group that is more susceptible to infectious diseases such as Broncopeunomonia. Bronchoeunomonia is an inflammation that occurs in the pulmonary parenchyma extending to the bronchioli. Interventions that can be done in children with Bronkopeunomonia to help remove secretions are such as chest physiotherapy. Chest pisiotomy is one of the nursing procedures to help clean the respiratory tract. The purpose of this study was to describe the response of the subjects after chest physiotherapy in children with Bronchoeunomy. The research design used is a case study where a description of a situation is made directly. The subject of this study is a Toddler child who is being treated at Dr. Soekardjo Kota Hospital Tasikmalaya with a diagnosis of Bronkopeunomonia. This study requires 2 different subjects to be applied chest physiotherapy. The response before chest physiotherapy was carried out in both subjects experienced an increase in sputum output and respiratory rate. After chest physiotherapy, both subjects experienced a considerable decrease in sputum production and respiratory rate. The conclusion of this study is that from the third day airway clearance decreased after chest physiotherapy was carried out on both subjects.
