Abstract

Persepsi Pasien Diabetes Tipe 2 Terhadap Koping Efektif Dalam Manajemen Perawatan Diabetes Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kahuripan Kota Tasikmalaya Aruf Khoerun Nufus Program Studi DIII Keperawatan Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Abstrak Pendahuluan: persepsi adalah pemahaman atau keyakinan seseorang mengenai penyakinya. Pada pasien diabetes tipe 2 persepsi akan mempengaruhi koping mekanisme dan manajemen perawatan diri. Tujuan: penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan afirmasi koping efektif pada penderita diabetes melitus tipe-2 di wilayah kerja puskesmas kahuripan kota tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian: menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, subyek penelitian 3 responden dengan 14 hari intervensi . Instrumen yang di gunakan adalah Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) afirmasi positif , edukasi manajemen diabetes, alat cek gula darah dan teknik pengumpulan data Kuesioner skills confidence and preparedness index (SCPI-23) serta pedoman wawancara. Hasil: pasien memiliki kecemasan terhadap penyakitnya, setelah dilakukan intervensi point keterampilan/pengetahuan, kepercayaan diri dan kesiapsiagaan terhadap penyakitnya mengalami peningkatan. Kata kunci : Diabetes Melitus, Persepsi, Koping Efektif, Manajemen Diabetes Abstract Introduction: Perception is a person's understanding or belief about their disease. In type 2 diabetes patients, perception will affect coping mechanisms and self-care management. The purpose: of this study was to determine the application of effective coping affirmations in patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus in the working area of the kahuripan health center in tasikmalaya city. The research: method used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, the research subjects were 3 respondents with 14 days of intervention. The instruments used are Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) positive affirmations, diabetes management education, blood sugar check tools and data collection techniques Skills confidence and preparedness index (SCPI-23) questionnaire and interview guidelines. The results: patients have anxiety about their disease, after the intervention point skills/knowledge, confidence and preparedness for their disease have increased.
