Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan Kesehatan Tentang Penerapan Senam Hipertensi dengan Media Video Pada Keluarga yang Mengalami Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kahuripan Kota Tasikmalaya Nesa Selpiya Program studi D III Keperawatan Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Abstrak Pendahuluan: Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah suatu peningkatan abnormal tekanan darah dalam pembuluh darah arteri secara terusmenerus yang melebihi satu periode. Tujuan: studi kasus ini adalah untuk Menggambarkan Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang penerapan Senam Hipertensi Dengan Media Video pada keluarga yang mengalami Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kahuripan Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif dengan subyek sebanyak 2 responden keluarga dengan pengambilan data selama 3 hari. Hasil: hasil setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan tentang penerapan senam hipertensi, responden dan keluarga yang mengalami Hipertensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan nya meningkat. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan studi kasus ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendidikan kesehatan penerapan senam hipertensi pada keluarga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan keluarga dalam memelihara anggota keluarga yang mengalami masalah kesehatan hipertensi guna untuk memberikan manfaat yang signifikan sebagai pencegahan awal terjadinya komplikasi. Saran: Keluarga diharapkan dapat melanjutkan penerapan senam hipertensi sesuai dengan yang sudah diajarkan oleh peneliti. Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Keluarga, Pengetahuan, Senam Hipertensi ABSTRACT Health Education on the Application of Hypertension Exercise through Video Media for Families Experiencing Hypertension in the Work Area of Kahuripan Health Center, Tasikmalaya City Nesa Selpiya Diploma III Nursing Study Program, Bakti Tunas Husada University Introduction: Hypertension or high blood pressure is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in the arteries that persists continuously over a period. Objective: This case study aims to describe health education on the implementation of hypertension exercise using video media for families experiencing hypertension in the working area of Puskesmas Kahuripan, Tasikmalaya City. Method: This research uses a qualitative descriptive case study with subjects consisting of 2 family respondents, with data collection carried out over 3 days. Results: The results after health education on the implementation of hypertension exercise showed that the knowledge and skills of the respondents and families experiencing hypertension improved. Conclusion: The conclusion of this case study indicates that health education on the implementation of hypertension exercise for families can enhance their knowledge and skills in caring for family members with hypertension. This provides significant benefits as an early prevention of complications. Suggestions: Families are expected to continue practicing hypertension exercises as taught by the researcher.
