Abstract

ABSTRAK Implementasi Pemantauan Risiko Jatuh Pada Pasien Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik Akibat Stroke Non Hemoragik Di Ruang Melati 2B RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya Ila Aulia Program Studi D III Keperawatan, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Stroke merupakan penyumbatan pada pembuluh darah yang menghentikan seluruh atau sebagian aliran darah ke otak, terjadinya stroke dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya risiko jatuh. Risiko jatuh merupakan risiko yang dapat memungkinkan pasien terjatuh. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko jatuh pada pasien gangguan mobilitas fisik akibat stroke non hemoragik di Ruang Melati 2B RSUD dr. Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi masalah keperawatan dan teknik penyelesaian masalah pada pasien gangguan mobilitas fisik akibat stroke non hemoragik. Hasil studi kasus dari penilaian risiko jatuh selama 3 hari didapatkan hasil interpretasi yang sama pada risiko jatuh, baik responden 1 maupun responden 2 memiliki tingkat risiko jatuh tinggi dan setelah dilakukan implementasi, terdapat perbuahan pada nilai risiko jatuh tetapi memiliki interpretasi yang sama seperti pada hari pertama. Kesimpulan studi kasus ini adalah dengan menggunakan skala jatuh morse dan skala jatuh geriatri dan implementasi yang dilaksanakan kepada responden selama 3 hari sesuai dengan perencanaan dan kebutuhan yang ada. Saran yang diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi untuk peneliti selanjutnya dan diharapkan dapat lebih memperhatikan implementasi yang dilakukan. Kata Kunci : Stroke, gangguan mobilitas fisik, risiko jatuh Implementation Off Fall Risk Monitoring In Patients With Impaired Physical Mobility Due To Non Hemorrhagic Stroke In Melati Room 2B Dr. Soekardjo Regional Hospital Tasikmalaya City ABSTRACT Stroke is a blockage in a blood vessel that results in the cessation of part or all of blood flow to the brain. A stroke can result in a risk of falling. Fall risk is a risk that could allow the patient to fall. Objective : This study was to determine the level of risk of falls in patients with impaired physical mobility due to non-hemorrhagic stroke in Melati Room 2B RSUD dr. Soekardjo, Tasikmalaya City. Research method : This research method is to use a descriptive method with a case study approach to explore nursing problems and problem solving techniques in patients with impaired physical mobility due to non-hemorrhagic stroke. Results : After assessing the risk of falling for 3 days, the results showed the same interpretation of the risk of falling, both respondent 1 and respondent 2 had a high level of risk of falling and after implementation, there was a change in the value of the risk of falling but had the same interpretation as on the first day . Conclusion : The fall risk scale assessment carried out on respondents was by using the Morse falls scale and geriatric falls scale and implementation was carried out on respondents for 3 days in accordance with existing plans and needs. Suggestion : It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for future researchers and are expected to pay more attention to the implementation carried out.
