Abstract

PROGRAM STUDI S1 FARMASI FAKULTAS FARMASI UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juli 2025 Abstrak Luka sayat adalah luka akibat teriris benda tajam dengan luka terbuka lebih panjang daripada dalamnya. Salah satu tanaman berpotensi sebagai penyembuh luka ialah gambir. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi eksperimental dengan rancangan One-Way Anova. Jumlah sampel 25 ekor tikus dibagi 5 kelompok dan semua diinduksi aloksan. Setelah 3 hari tiap kelompok diberi perlakuan: kontrol negatif (basis larutan pencuci), kontrol positif (NaCl + Gentamicin), dosis 1 (ekstrak gambir 5%), dosis 2 (10%), dan dosis 3 (15%). Hasil menunjukkan dosis 3 paling baik dengan penyembuhan 59,05% dan nilai signifikan (p<0,05). Kata kunci: Luka sayat, ekstrak gambir, larutan pencuci luka Abstract Alaceration is a wound caused by a sharp object with an open wound that is longer than it is deep. One plant with wound-healing potential is gambir. This study used an experimental design with a one-way ANOVA. A total of 25 rats were divided into 5 groups and all were induced with alloxan. After 3 days, each group was treated with: negative control (base cleaning solution), positive control (NaCl + Gentamicin), dose 1 (gambir extract 5%), dose 2 (10%), and dose 3 (15%). The results showed that dose 3 was the most effective with a healing rate of 59.05% and a significant value (p<0.05). Keywords: Cut wounds, gambir extract, wound washing solution
