Abstract

ABSTRAK Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Pasien Penderita Stroke Terhadap Penyakit Stroke Di RSUD KHZ. Musthafa Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat Annisa Nur Afifah Program Studi Farmasi, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Abstrak Stroke merupakan penyebab utama kematian dan disabilitas di Indonesia. Tingkat pengetahuan pasien mengenai stroke sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesadaran dalam mengenali gejala, upaya pencegahan, kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan, serta perawatan pasca stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tingkat pengetahuan pasien stroke di RSUD KHZ. Musthafa Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sebanyak 76 pasien dipilih sebagai responden menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode SEM melalui aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan pasien dipengaruhi oleh faktor usia, jenis kelamin, dan tingkat pendidikan. Edukasi yang tepat dan berkesinambungan diperlukan guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan kualitas hidup pasien stroke. Kata Kunci: Stroke, Pengetahuan Pasien, SEM, SmartPLS Abstract Stroke is a leading cause of death and disability in Indonesia. Patients’ level of knowledge about stroke greatly influences their awareness in recognizing symptoms, efforts at prevention, adherence to treatment, and post-stroke care. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge among stroke patients at RSUD KHZ. Musthafa, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A total of 76 stroke patients were selected as respondents using consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The results showed that patients’ knowledge levels were influenced by age, gender, and educational background. Appropriate and continuous education is necessary to improve patients’ understanding and quality of life after stroke. Keywords: Stroke, Patient Knowledge, SEM, SmartPLS
