Abstract
Kata kunci: Coliform, Escherichia coli, air minum isi ulang, kualitas mikrobiologi, Permenkes No. 2 Tahun 2023 Abstract Refill drinking water is one of the primary needs of the community, but its microbiological quality is often not guaranteed. This study aims to determine the presence and number of Coliform and Escherichia coli bacteria in refill drinking water in Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City using the membrane filter method, and assess its compliance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023. A total of 10 air samples from refill drinking water depots were tested using the membrane filter method. The results showed that 6 samples (A, B, C, D, F, and I) did not contain Coliform or Escherichia coli, thus meeting the drinking water quality requirements. Meanwhile, 4 samples (E, G, H, and J) showed positive results, with the highest number of colonies in sample E (70 Coliform colonies and 35 Escherichia coli colonies). In conclusion, there are still 4 out of 10 depots that do not meet the microbiological quality requirements for drinking water.
