Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI DIII ANALIS KESEHATAN/TLM FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA TASIKMALAYA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Juli 2025 Fuji Ismayanti Analisis Kualitas Mikrobiologi Air Sumur Di Sekitar Kampus Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Dengan Metode Membran Filter Abstrak Kualitas mikrobiologi air ditentukan oleh keberadaan bakteri Coliform dan Escherichia coli. Air yang terkontaminasi bakteri tersebut dapat menimbulkan berbagai penyakit dan tidak layak digunakan untuk keperluan higiene serta sanitasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kualitas air sumur di sekitar Kampus Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya berdasarkan parameter mikrobiologi sesuai Permenkes RI Nomor 2 Tahun 2023. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui uji membran filter. Hasil menunjukkan dari tujuh sampel air sumur yang diperiksa, seluruhnya positif terkontaminasi Escherichia coli dan Coliform. Berdasarkan standar Permenkes RI Nomor 2 Tahun 2023, air sumur di lokasi penelitian dinyatakan tidak layak digunakan karena melebihi ambang batas maksimum, yaitu 0 CFU/100 mL. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Mikrobiologi Air Sumur, Metode Membran Filter Abstract The microbiological quality of water is determined by the presence of Coliform and Escherichia coli bacteria. Water contaminated with these bacteria can cause various diseases and is unsuitable for hygiene and sanitation purposes. This study aimed to determine the microbiological quality of well water around Bakti Tunas Husada University Tasikmalaya based on microbiological parameters in accordance with the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation Number 2 of 2023. The research employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach using the membrane filter test. The results showed that all seven well water samples tested positive for contamination with Escherichia coli and Coliform. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation Number 2 of 2023, the well water at the study site was declared unfit for use, as it exceeded the maximum permissible limit of 0 CFU/100 mL.
