Abstract
PROGRAM STUDI D III KEPERAWATAN FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS BAKTI TUNAS HUSADA Karya Tulis Ilmiah, juni 2025 Arsinta Dewi Penerapan Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) Untuk Menurunkan Stres Pada Remaja Di Pondok Pesantren xiv + 112 halaman + 4 tabel + 22 lampiran ABSTRAK Stres akademik merupakan salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang umum dialami oleh remaja, terutama yang menempuh pendidikan di pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) dalam menurunkan tingkat stres akademik pada remaja. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari dua remaja putri berusia 17 dan 18 tahun yang mengalami stres akademik kategori sedang berdasarkan hasil pengukuran menggunakan kuesioner Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Intervensi SEFT dilakukan selama tiga hari berturut-turut dengan durasi 20–30 menit per sesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat stres secara signifikan, baik dari pengukuran skor PSS maupun dari observasi perubahan perilaku dan wawancara mendalam. Terapi SEFT dinilai efektif karena mudah diterapkan, bersifat spiritual, dan sejalan dengan nilai-nilai pesantren. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan terapi SEFT sebagai salah satu pendekatan alternatif untuk mengatasi stres akademik pada remaja di lingkungan pendidikan berbasis agama. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) to reduce academic stress in adolescents. A descriptive qualitative design with a case study approach was used. The subjects were two female adolescents aged 17 and 18, identified with moderate academic stress based on the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). SEFT intervention was conducted for three consecutive days, with each session lasting 20–30 minutes. The results showed a significant reduction in stress levels, as reflected in PSS scores, observed behavioral changes, and interview responses. SEFT was found to be effective, easy to apply, and aligned with spiritual values in the adolescent environment. This study recommends SEFT as an alternative approach to manage academic stress among adolescents in religious education settings. Keywords: adolescent, Academic stress, SEFT, Islamic boarding school
