Abstract

ABSTRAK GAMBARAN FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA IBU MENYUSUI Ade Irma Rostianie1, Enok Nurliawati2, Yayah Syafariah3 Program Studi DIII Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI sedini mungkin setelah persalinan, diberikan tanpa jadwal dan tidak diberi makanan lain, walaupun hanya air putih, sampai bayi berusia 6 bulan. Tujuan dari literatur review ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi persamaan konsep/teori atau hasil-hasil penelitian tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu menyusui, mengidentifikasi perbedaan konsep/teori atau hasil-hasil penelitian tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini menggunakan Literatur Review jenis Narrative Review. Pencarian artikel dengan cara mencari buku di perpustakaan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada mengenai buku maternitas dengan judul “ASI Asuhan Berbasis Bukti” ada 1 buku. google scholar, kemudian dari google scholar tersebut di cari dengan kata kunci “pemberian ASI” sebanyak 950 artikel dan dengan menggunakan kata kunci “faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif” sebanyak 500 artikel , artikel yang digunakan dalam KTI ini seluruh artikel yang berada di Google Scholar Nasional. Dengan jumlah artikel 10 buah artikel yang relevan. Hasil penelitian persamaan dari keseluruhan yang memiliki persamaan faktor-faktornya itu mengenai pengetahuan, dukungan suami dan keluarga, usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan ibu, penghasilan, promosi susu formula. Perbedaan : mengenai status kesehatan ibu, status kesehatan bayi, paritas, Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), tempat melahirkan, penolong persalinan, dan pengalaman menyusui. Kesimpulan : Bahwa pemberian ASI eksklusif akan berhasil jika faktor-faktor dapat mendukung pada ibu menyusui, yaitu usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan ibu, penghasilan, status kesehatan ibu, status kesehatan bayi, promosi susu formula, tempat melahirkan, penolong persalinan, Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD), paritas, pengalaman menyusui secara eksklusif, dukungan suami, keluarga dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Pemberian ASI eksklusif, Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif. Abstract Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding as early as possible after delivery, given without schedule and not given other food, even if only water, until the baby is 6 months old. The purpose of this review literature is to identify concepts / theories in common or research results about factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers, identify differences in concepts / theories or research results about factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers. This research uses Literature Review type Narrative Review. Searching for articles by searching for books in the library STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada about maternity books with the title "Evidence-Based Care Breastfeeding" there is 1 book. google scholar, then from the google scholar is searched for with the keyword "breastfeeding" as many as 950 articles and by using the keyword "factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding" as many as 500 articles, the articles used in this KTI are all articles in Google Scholar National. With the number of articles 10 relevant articles from 2010 to 2018. The results of the study of the equation of the whole who have similar factors regarding knowledge, husband and family support, age, education, mother's occupation, income, promotion of formula milk. Differences: regarding maternal health status, infant health status, parity, Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD), place of birth, birth attendants, and breastfeeding experience. Conclusion: That exclusive breastfeeding will be successful if the factors can support breastfeeding mothers, namely age, education, mother's occupation, income, maternal health status, infant health status, promotion of formula milk, place of birth, delivery support, Early Breastfeeding Initiation ( IMD), parity, exclusive breastfeeding experience, husband, family and community support.
