Abstract

ABSTRAK NILAI FUNGSI PARU PADA PASIEN TUBERCULOSIS Oleh: Wisnu Hendra Permana 10117046 Tuberculosis merupakan infeksi bakteri kronik yang disebabkan oleh “Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Word Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan bahwa TBC menyebabkan 1,8 juta tiap tahunya. Pada tahun 2017 ditemukan jumlah kasus tuberculosis sebanyak 425.089 kasus, meningkat bila dibandingkan semua kasus tuberculosis yang ditemukan pada tahun 2016 yang sebesar 360.565 kasus. Jumlah kasus tertinggi terdapat di Provinsi Jawa Barat sebesar 0,7%. Proporsi pasien TBC paru mengalami penurunan fungsi paru-paru yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup mereka. Sebuah penelitian menunjukkan penderita TBC yang mengalami gangguan faal paru ditemukan mencapai 37 penderita dari 99 sampel TBC yang diteliti dengan angka kejadian sebesar 37,4%. Tujuan : Mengindentifikasi konsep/teori atau hasil-hasil penelitian tentang Nilai fungsi paru pada pasien tuberculosis. Metode : Metode penelitian literatur review. Populasi artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu artikel yang berada di google schooler yang berjumlah 7 artikel. Hasil : Dari hasil keseluruhan penelitian didapatkan bahwa setiap pasien tuberculosis akan mengalami gangguan fungsi paru terutama pada faal paru dan di pengaruhi oleh gaya hidup dan dari jenis kelamin terutama laki-laki. Kata kunci : Nilai Fungsi Paru, TBC, Spirometer Tuberculosis is a chronic bacterial infection caused by "Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Word Health Organization (WHO) estimates that tuberculosis causes 1.8 million annually. In 2017 the number of tuberculosis cases was found to be 425,089 cases, an increase compared to all tuberculosis cases found in 2016 which amounted to 360,565 cases. The highest number of cases was in West Java Province by 0.7%. The proportion of pulmonary TB patients experience decreased lung function which can affect their quality of life. A study showed that TB sufferers who experienced pulmonary physiology were found to reach 37 patients from 99 TB samples studied with an incidence of 37.4%. Objective: To identify concepts / theories or research results about the value of pulmonary function in tuberculosis patients. Method: Research literature review method. The article population that is used in this research is 7 articles in Google Schooler. Results: From the overall results of the study, it was found that every tuberculosis patient would experience lung function disorders especially in the lung function and be influenced by lifestyle and from the sexes, especially men.
