ABSTRAK GAMBARAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT KONTRASEPSI DAN FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN ALAT KONTRASEPSI PADA IBU YANG SEDANG MENYUSUI Linda Yuliani¹, Enok Nurlawati² , Yayah Syafariah³ Prodi DIII Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikamalaya Program keluarga berencana (KB) merupakan salah satu program upaya untuk peningkatan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan keluarga kecil yang bahagia sejahtera sesuai dengan kekuatan social ekonomi suatu keluarga, dengan cara yang pertama mengatur jarak kehamilan, pendewasaan usia perkawinan, meningkatan suatu ketahanan dan kesejaterahan dalam keluarga. KB juga menyelenggarakan pelayan kesehatan pada system produksi yang berkwalitas yang akan mengendalikan angka kelahiran anak supaya tidak terlalu dekat dalam melahirkan. Tujuan telaah literature adalah untuk mengetahui konsep/teori atau hasil-hasil penelitian tentang gambaran penggunaan alat kontrasepsi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan alat kontrasepsi pada ibu yang sedang menyusui. Telaah literatur ini menggunakan sumber dari buku dan artikel peneltian. Hasil mpencarian didaptkan buku rujukan sebanyak 3 buah dan didapatkan artikrl yang relevan sebanyak 10 buah dari tahun 2013-2019 didapatkan dari google scholar. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukan pada umumnya menjelaskan tentang penggunaan alat kontrasepi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah alat kontrasepsi MKJP yaitu IUD, dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan alat kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan adalah pengetahuan, pendidikan dan umur. Kata Kunci : Alat Kontrasepsi, Faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan alat kontrasepsi Abstract The family planning program is a program of efforts to improve the community in realizing a happy and prosperous small family in accordance with the socioeconomic strength of a family, by first managing the distance of pregnancy, maturing the marriage age, increasing a resilience and prosperity in the family. KB also organizes health services in a quality production system that will control child birth rates so that they are not too close to giving birth. The purpose of the literature review is to find out the concepts / theories or research results about the description of the use of contraceptives and the factors that influence the use of contraceptives in mothers who are breastfeeding. This literature review uses sources from books and research articles. The search results were given 3 reference books and 10 relevant articles were obtained from 2013-2019 obtained from Google Scholar. The results of his research generally indicate that the most widely used contraceptive device is the MKJP contraceptive device, the IUD, and explains the factors that influence the use of contraceptives to be used are knowledge, education and age.
