Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH GAME ONLINE TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR Oleh: Aulani Khairina 10117007 PENGARUH GAME ONLINE TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR Aulani Khairina1, Wawan Rismawan2, Anih Kurnia3 Program Studi DIII Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Email: aulanikhairina77@gmail.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pengguna game online di Indonesia terus meningkat. Hasil studi yang dilakukan oleh Decision Lab dan Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) meyatakan bahwa jumlah pengguna game di Indonesia mencapai 60 juta dan diperkirakan akan meningkat menjadi 100 juta orang pada tahun 2020. Tujuan : Mengetahui gambaran tentang pengaruh game online terhadap kualitas tidur berdasarkan hasil-hasil penelitian primer/empiris. Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian Literatur Review jenis Narrative Review. Populasi artikel yang digunakan dalam Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini seluruh artikel yang ada di Google Scholar, Perpustakaan Nasional, dan National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) baik Nasional maupun Internasional. Jumlah sampel 10 artikel yang judul penelitiannya tentang pengaruh game online terhadap kualitas tidur dengan jenis penelitian primer/empiris yang tahun terbitnya sepuluh tahun terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian dijelaskan oleh penelitian Saputra (2017), Rachman (2017), Nofianti (2018), Azizah (2018), Nurdilla (2018), Manuputty (2019), Altintas (2019), Abozahra (2019), Wong (2020) dan Ramadhan (2017) yaitu menunjukkan adanya pengaruh game online terhadap kualitas tidur. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Tidur, Game Online ABSTRACT Background: Online game users in Indonesia continue to increase. The results of a study conducted by the Decision Lab and Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) stated that the number of game users in Indonesia reached 60 million and is expected to increase to 100 million by 2020. Objective: Knowing the results of primary research on the discussion of the picture of the influence of online games on sleep quality based on the results of primary / empirical research. Research Methods: Research methods of Literature Review type is Narrative Review. The population of articles used in this Scientific Writing are all articles in Google Scholar, National Library, and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) both National and International. Total of samples are 10 articles wich is research title is about the effect of online games on sleep quality with the type of primary / empirical research published in the last ten years. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection uses inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Results: The results of the study are explained by research by Saputra (2017), Rachman (2017), Nofianti (2018), Azizah (2018), Nurdilla (2018), Manuputty (2019), Altintas (2019), Abozahra (2019), Wong (2020) and Ramadhan (2017) which shows the influence of online games to sleep quality.
