Abstract

Abstrak Perawat merupakan seseorang yang memiliki peranan penting dalam memenuhi pelayanan kesehatan sehingga rentan mengalami stres kerja. Stres kerja ini diakibat karena tidak seimbangnya beban dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja di ruang Instalasi Gawat Darurat. Metode penelitian KTI ini seluruh artikel yang berada di Google Scholar Nasional. Dengan jumlah artikel 10 buah artikel yang relevan. Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama 1 minggu dari 25 April – 02 Mei 2020. Hasil penelitiannya terdapat persamaan dari 3 artikel penelitian ini adalah tingkat stres kerja yang dialami perawat rentang dari normal hingga stres berat sesuai dengan teori tingkat stres. Sedangkan perbedaan nya dari tiap artikel yaitu faktor pencetus yang dirasakan dari perawat diruang Instalasi Gawat darurat. Simpulannya, terdapat persamaan dalam rentang stres kerja yang dialami perawat sesuai dengan teori dan perbedaannya terletak pada faktor stres yang dialami perawat. Untuk institusi rumah sakit yaitu sebelum melakukan tindakan keperawatan dianjurkan untuk senam kebugaran, dan bagi instusi pendidikan dianjurkan untuk menambahkan sub pokok materi telaah literatur dalam mata kuliah metodologi penelitian. Kata kunci : stres kerja, tingkat stres, perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat Abstract A nurse is someone who has an important role in fulfilling health services so that they are susceptible to work stress. This work stress is caused by unbalanced burden and fulfillment of work needs. The purpose of this study: to determine the level of work stress in the Emergency Room. Research method This KTI is all articles in the National Google Scholar. With the number of articles 10 relevant articles. When the study was conducted for 1 week from 25 April - 02 May 2020 . The results of the study is the equation of the 3 articles of this study is the level of work stress experienced by nurses ranging from normal to severe stress according to the theory of stress levels. While the difference from each article is the trigger factor felt by nurses in the Emergency Room Installation. Conclusion there are similarities in the range of work stress experienced by nurses in accordance with the theory and the difference lies in the stress factors experienced by nurses. For hospital institutions, prior to taking nursing actions, it is recommended for fitness exercises, and for educational institutions it is recommended to add subtopics of literature review material in research methodology courses.
