Abstract

NILAI ULTRAFILTRASI GOAL PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISIS Ikhsan Faujan Azij1 , Teti Agustin2 , Asep Robby3 Program Studi DIII Keperawatan STIKes Bakti Tunas Husada Tasikmalaya Email: isanfa88@gmail.com Latar Belakang : Di Indonesia jumlah penderita gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis mencapai 6,2% atau 104.000 jiwa dari populasi penduduk Indonesia. Sementara itu, menurut Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2013 prevalensi penderita gagal ginjal kronik di Indonesia sebesar 0,2%. Tujuan : Mengetahui tentang konsep umum penyakit gagal ginjal kronik, konsep dasar dasar terapi hemodialisis dan menelaah artikel yang terkait dengan nilai ultrafiltrasi goal pada terapi hemodialisis. Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian Literatur Review jenis Narrative Review. Populasi artikel yang digunakan dalam KTI ini seluruh artikel yang berada di Google Scholar baik Nasional maupun Internasional. Jumlah sampel 10 artikel yang judul penelitiannya tentang nilai ultrafiltrasi goal pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis dengan jenis penelitian primer/empiris yang tahun terbitnya sepuluh tahun terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil : Hasil penelitian yang serupa dan berkaitan dijelaskan oleh penelitian Davies dkk (2014) dengan penelitian Kusnanto (2010), penelitian Donald J.,dkk (2015), penelitian Jaski, dkk (2012), penelitian Hasanuddin (2018), Mactier, dkk (2017), penelitian Hanivah & Herlina (2019), penelitian Hartanti (2016), dan peneliti Johan (2016) yaitu diketahui bahwa nilai ultrafiltrasi goal pasien rata-rata lebih dari 2000ml dan perubahan berat badan yang mempengaruhi nilai ultrafiltrasi goal tersebut,. Hasil penelitian yang salah satu terapi spiritualnya berbeda dengan penelitian lainnya dijelaskan oleh penelitian Koomans dkk (2015) yaitu menjelaskan teantang dilakukannya ultrafiltrasi dapat menurunkan edema yang kadang-kadang sangat parah pada pasien yang menjalani proses dialisis secara teratur. Kata Kunci: Nilai Ultrafiltasi, Gagal Ginjal Kronik, Hemodialisis ABSTRACT Background: In Indonesia the number of kidney failure sufferers who reach hemodialysis reaches 6.2% or 104,000 people from the Indonesian population. Meanwhile, based on Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2013 the prevalence of patients with chronic kidney failure in Indonesia was 0.2%. Objective: Knowing the general concept of chronic kidney failure, basic basic concepts of hemodialysis therapy and reviewing articles related to the value of ultrafiltration goals in hemodialysis therapy. Research Methods: Research methods Literature Review type Narrative Review. The article population used in this KTI is all articles in the Google Scholar both nationally and internationally. The number of samples is 10 articles with the title of research on the value of goal ultrafiltration in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis with the type of primary / empirical research published in the last ten years. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection uses inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Results: Similar and related research results are explained by the research of Davies et al (2014) with Kusnanto (2010), Donald J., et al (2015), Jaski, et al (2012), Hasanuddin research (2018), Mactier, et al (2017) ), Hanivah & Herlina's research (2019), Hartanti's research (2016), and Johan researcher (2016) which is known that the patient's ultrafiltration goal value is more than 2000ml on average and weight changes that affect the ultrafiltration goal value. The results of a study where one of the spiritual therapies are different from other studies explained by the research of Koomans et al (2015) which explains how to do ultrafiltration can reduce edema that is sometimes very severe in patients undergoing regular dialysis processes.
