Abstract

ABSTRAK STADIUM LUKA PADA PASIEN DIABETES MELITUS Latar Belakang : Perawatan luka kaki diabetes memerlukan penanganan multi disiplin yang melibatkan dokter untuk mengontrol kadar gula darah, ahli gizi dalam mengelola diet dan perawat yang melakukan perawatan. Perawatan luka pada pasien dengan berbagai stadium membutuhkan perawatan tersendiri, mulai stadium ringan yang cukup menggunakan alat-alat sederhana sampai stadium berat yang harus menggunakan sarana dan prasarana dan seorang perawat khusus diabetes, perawatan secara langsung terhadap luka pasien menjadi tanggungjawab utama perawat (Yunita Sari, 2018). Tujuan : Mengetahui teori atau hasil hasil penelitian tentang stadium luka pada pasien Diabetes Melitus. Metode : Metode penelitian literatur review. Populasi artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu artikel yang berada di google schooler yang berjumlah 15 artikel dan buku rujukan sejumlah 6 buah. Hasil : Dari hasil keseluruhan didapatkan bahwa stadium luka pada penderita Diabetes Melitus bisa dilihat dari pasien melakukan penatalaksanaanya sehingga beberapa penderita berbeda mengalami stadium luka. Kata Kunci : Stadium Luka, Ulkus Diabetikum WELL STADIUM IN DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS Background: Treatment of diabetic foot wounds requires multidisciplinary treatment that involves doctors to control blood sugar levels, nutritionists in managing diets and nurses who perform treatments. Wound care for patients with various stages requires separate treatment, from mild stages that are sufficient to use simple equipment to severe stages that must use facilities and infrastructure and a diabetes special nurse, direct care of patient wounds is the primary responsibility of nurses (Yunita Sari, 2018). Objective: To determine the theory or results ofresearch on the stadium of wounds in patients with diabetes mellitus Method: Research literature review method. The population of articles used in this study is that there are 6 articles in Google Schooler and 6 reference books. Results: From the overall results it was found that the stage of the wound in patients with Diabetes Mellitus can be seen from the patients doing the management so that several different patients have a wound stage.
